made my cat incredibly sick
only leaving this review because im being pestered via email to do so. I bought 2 trays of this for my cat, one meat in chunks one pate, gave her less than a teaspoon of the pate as a treat and she shat so much blood I rushed her to the vet, no history of allergies nothing else injested, no idea what they put in to make her body react like that but I won't dare try to give the rest to my other cat

Portions don’t match packaging
So we love this brand and have been giving our cats this wet food for years. However, since the new packaging we noticed the portions keep on shrinking. The packages say there should be 85gr inside. Well once we noticed it seemed off we weighed about 20-30 of them over the past weeks and most of them maybe have 80 grams tops. 85 being the odd exception. Pretty disappointed to be honest.

My cat really did not like this food
My cat really did not like this food. The company claim to take back food as part of returns policy but the website doesn't work when you try to do this! They claim to have a button on the left bottom side to enable you to do this but it doesn't exist! I emailed them days ago - no reply. Just tried to call them but it's foreign numbers & strange office opening hours. Cats are fussy & I accept my cat didn't like the tins of food but this company is not being run efficiently.

Risky - caused colitis in my cats
Bought some of the salmon kibble for our two cats, who became quite unwell with colitis. Very annoying as it cost over £30 for a small bag, which couldn’t be used or returned. Asked for a refund and was refused. Really poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it, very little care for the customer or animals involved.

Cat food giving rotten guts , toxic poos
Been almost 2 weeks using this food and it's giving my cats rotten guts. I have never experienced their litter stinking on this level, even when they've had 59p rubbish food from the corner shop it's not been like this. I feel embarrassed to have guests and have to clean poop every few hours because it's so toxic.
I'm starting back at work after a long time being off and I dread to think what I am going to return home to. It's rancid.
I can't wait for the bulk order I bought to run out so I can go elsewhere.

no package and no money
I ordered food for my cats and put my full adress. They did not put the correct adress on the package which resulted in the package being sent back.
Now I don't have my package and I cannot get in contact with anyone about my money. worthless.

This dog food makes Labrador SICK many times
My dog is nearly 8, thought I would ween him onto this food, he ate it then was sick after every meal for a couple of days, I went back to his old food, tried again about 10 days later with about 25% of the salmon kibble and within 10 mins he was being sick again. Customer service didn't respond for 2 days, the online chat is a waste of time. They said I should keep feeding my dog their food, which I wont as it will only make him sick again. I have offered to send the bag back but they say not too to prove I've hardly used it and they will not offer me any compensation or refund. This items is not fir for purpose mad my dog who eats everything severely ill and they offer you nothing back. Other than t try one of their other products at your expense knowing that your dog has been ill on their kibble, I don't think so. I will only buy Forthglade dog food now, much better food for my dog, smells better looks better and cold pressed. You can't call this company they operate overseas. The food looks and smells horrible and they don't seem to care that you have spent over £60 on their food that makes you animal ill. I see their products have made cats ill too.

2 weeks to end up asking for a refund
I ordered the food for my cats, with time enough for the delivery to arrive. Bad news, I didn't even receive the tracking number of my order and days. First, I contacted the customer service through the chat, the person never replied. I called, they offer to send it as fast as possible and all the information I would received on my email. It didn't happened and my last attempt was through WhatsApp where someone told me that would follow up my order and inform me, 2 days after, I was informed that the product was returned from the shipping company.... hopefully I'll get the refund in 10 working days...

False advertisement ?
Hi, we have been feeding our 2 cats for years with E&C wet food. However for the past year portions have been very irregular. To my surprise I was a bit shocked and disappointed to find the package that said 85gr only had 50gr in it. I use a scale so the irregularities show on a daily basis. I understand there are tolerances and nothing is ever going to be spot on. But this is almost half the said content missing. I do hope this gets sorted as it is not ok.

Makes my dogs sick
I usually feed my little dogs home cooked food but I bought quite a few cans of this brand (and Core) in case of emergencies or if i forget to take their chicken out of the freezer.
It has taken me a while to realise the correlation but every time they eat either of these brands, they are really sick the next day, and eating loads of grass. They only tend to do that if something contains too much fat. (Cheese does the same.) Really disappointed as it looks really good and costs a lot!!!
I ended up giving it to the wild "campo" cats and they were eating grass the next day too! And they're used to eating all sorts.
Whilst I understand about transitioning from one type of food to another, my dogs have a variety of home prepared meats and carbohydrates for their dinners with no issues. I would not persist with a food that effects them in this way.

I'm very sorry to say that my cat did…
I'm very sorry to say that my cat did not like this at all. I had a discount code and thought it was worth a try on a few flavours, but sadly she won't touch it. I'll continue with the other company I use for fresh cat food (which also, happily for me, doesn't smell like cat food and is a requirement for myself!). I do have a picky eater so may be okay for others, but not for me. Gave the other two cans away in a food bank. She didn't even like the treats.

3 dogs and 2 cats.
3 dogs and 2 cats.
All of them have diarrhea, took the advice of the site which food would be better for each of them. Ordered it, arrived quickly, all good, spent the time adjusting the new from the old slowly. But after completing everything, still all of them have everyday diarrhea. It's been 42 days, and done many exams if they have anything, our vet said it's the dry food we give. It's looks and smells nice looks also fresh as other's. But not for us. One of the dogs is mine the other 2 are from separate friends.

Great until it goes wrong...
Great until it goes wrong...
Subscription was confirmed May 21, to be delivered May 22.
Emailed the 23 asking when I would receive my parcel as I am moving on the 31. I was told first it had been dispatched, then that there was an error with the order and it had been sent again, then that stock is missing and that they will refund me and send a new order minus the missing stock.
We are now a week after when my order *should* have been delivered with no tracking number (despite asking multiple times) and no update apart from that they are checking with the warehouse team.
I have an elderly, fussy cat who *needs* consistent food - I can't just chop and change his food and I ordered to receive his food last week to ensure that I had a steady supply even when we were at the new house.
The customer service telling me to 'rest assured' repeatedly comes across as condescending when I have to repeatedly chase for an update.
Very poor customer service which is such a shame because I had had no issues until now but now its gone wrong, its gone wrong spectacularly.

Do Not buy from this company
Do Not buy from this company. I chose this food for my cats thinking I was purchasing food that was full of good things. Unfortunately it did look like it was burnt and my cats have gone off this to the extent that they have lost weight. My vet did a test on the food and it showed very little nutrition. I have an unopended box with 2 unopended bags of food in and they have refused to allow me to return this on the grounds that it is outside their 15 day return policy. That is £76 wasted on food my cats wont eat. They have suggested I donate it to the RSPCA. Why would I subject other cats to food of such poor quality. I am angry at myself for allowing my cats to eat this rubbish.

Not Good
For £7 for 8 trays its a rip off.
My cat wouldn't touch it. Really for the cat its equivalent to me eating low fat yogurt and drinking decaf. Ugh. Felix is far superior.

Unfortunately my cat won't touch any of the food I bought from you. When I mixed a little with her regular food, she refused to eat that as well.

I bought Edgard and Cooper Kitten food…
I bought Edgard and Cooper Kitten food pate from Pets at Home.
Must add this review is for the Duck and chicken pate only.
Excited to see this product that seemed it would be giving my 12 week old kitten the best.
She is not a fussy eater in any way.
But she wouldn’t even taste the food.
She took a sniff and run away as though she was being offered poison.
And this happened repeatedly when trying it again at intervals over a week.
So no idea as to what is wrong with the food.
This reaction has only occurred with Edgard and Cooper’s kitten food.
I aim to serve her the best i can find.
But sadly Edgard and Cooper will not be included.
So now have a box of kitten food gone to waste..
Will try find a cat sanctuary to donate it too
