MyEdpnet site is basic but working.
It lacks the ability to change the tariff plan online. If you want to boost your internet line to 100Mb/40Mb, you have to call or send a email and have to paid 50€ each time you change

Great help through Facebook messenger. I give 5 stars and proudly saying that. Why you paying for Proximus and Telenet huge amounts of money? EDPnet is the best reasonable option I have when I chose for internet provider. I hope one day will internet will be like electricity and water in all houses and you only need to search for a reasonable price company. The guy who installed the line was very friendellly. I give hem also 5 stars. This deal is Win-Win deal.

Fast and cheap internet
If you had enough with Proximus then EDPNet is for you: the unlimited internet connection is faster and around 40% cheaper compared to Proximus. The only disadavantage is that you have to pay an one time fee of 50 € and maybe to buy a Fritzbox modem, but this is better than Bbox 3+ of Proximus, which works also with EDPNet for internet and VOIP telephony, while Bbox 3 works only for internet, the VOIP not being available for the latter.

False advertising
Internet speed is faaar from the one they promised. My line was tested on their website, it was capable to handle really good speed. Even on the weekly report of their own modem I can see, that the speed is limited on purpose. If I pay for 100 mbs, I deserve to receive 100 mbs. False advertising. If I knew, that I'll get only 60% I'll never sign that contract. At least I could save hundreds euro from their hardware en activation costs. Very disappointing

Up to now, I have had no problem, although I am a new customer.
All three services that I ordered (Internet, telephony and mobile) were implemented fast, from the initial application to the installation, billing etc.
I have had no service quality problems and the tech that showed up at my house was knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are good (for Belgium at least) and in my opinion, honest.
