Even though my issue wasn't related to their plugin, but to WooCommerce and other plugin, Akash took time to fix the issue and did it with speed

The bulk editing plugin has made many things possible. With many hundreds of products and lots of continual tweaking required to meet the market demands, this plugin is amazing. Keeping things up-to-date used to be so tedious sometimes not getting done at all. Now we are changing categories, adjusting tags and adding UX Blocks at will.
We did find a very minor bug but the support team had it fixed within a day. Support has always been so prompt and helpful

We have been using ELEX EasyPost Shipping for real-time rates, as our Shipstation does not provide the service. Bronia has always been super responsive with any questions or suggestions, but this week has really stepped in to assist with a simple settings issue that we overlooked having to do with Duty Payer that was causing an error. I highly recommend this plugin and company if you want a high level of performance and customer service. Thank you Bronia! The Mindfold Team.

Hi I am very happy with the ELEX Stamps.com Shipping Plugin with USPS Postage for WooCommerce. The developer was very helpful. Whenever I had questions or concerns about this plug-in, he help solve my problems and answered any questions that I had.

I ended up opting out of using their services due to a complete website shift in operations, but Bronia and the ELEX support crew were excellent to work with!

I changed my mind several times, took forever to respond, requested help on a wide range of things redundant and complicated, flaked on meetings, complained, and requested huge plugin makeovers. The whole time they were polite, positive, and patient with me and I even got a refund.

Great support, had a issue with ELEX Abandoned Cart plugin, but everything is fixed now and is working great. Support is responsive and very helpful! Would recommend using these guys for any kind of plugins.

I have reviewed your plugins several times so far. And the only reason is because you deserve it. Your plugin is just the best. I have searched all the alternative plugins available but yours is by far the best. But I want to talk about your support. Even though I use your free version of this plugin and some others, I was amazed at how fast you resolved the issues I experienced. The customer support team name, ELEX Customer Happiness Team, describes exactly what these guys do! They make their customers happy!

The plugin I use, ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing, works perfectly on my site and does exactly what it is supposed to do, even in its free version.

What is more, when I faced an issue with one function, Sidhartha replied to me instantly, patiently explained how to create a staging site so that they can carry out some tests, and finally another third-party plugin appeared to be a culprit.

Definitely they deserve 5 stars!

Bronia was excellent! Most plugin maintainers tend to highroad us and act confident or arrogant, but Bronia was cool, calm, and collected and never made me feel dumb. He was accommodating and always worked to meet my needs, no matter their specific or niche.

I liked the idea of being able to print shipping labels directly from my wordpress site and decided to give the elextensions USPS plugin a try. At first I had some issues with setting it up and ran into an error but the customer service team was able to set up a video call and helped me resolve that issue in no time. So far the plugin's working nicely as expected. The team is very friendly and prompt. I very much recommend these guys.

Dixit was incredibly helpful! He explained things step by step and helped me not only fix the problem I had with the plugin, but also gave me a lot of extra info above and beyond what I had asked for help with.

We've been using the Australia post address validation plugin for a few months now. Great plugin and so useful for a small business. Had a few issues with shipping rates, but after speaking with Dixit and the team, they were able to rectify the issue. I always feel supported when speaking with Dixit and he always finds a way to solve the issue.
I highly recommend the plug in.

Bronia was so well versed with the ELEX software, she solved multiple shipping issues quickly and got us back on track. Having a support technician solve the problem quickly and efficiently was such an amazing time saver. I'm so glad I didn't have to read through 30 internet briefs to find the answer. Bronia was courteous and extremely knowledgeable regarding the software and even a minor computer issue that solved a cache problem we were having. We are extremely satisfied with our support today.

First of all let me say that the Support tech (Bronia) was fantastic and that's why I gave 3 stars. Unfortunately the only reason I opted for the paid version is because I couldn't resolve my setup issues. The UX experience is extremely poor and the instructions are lacking. If not for Bronia I would have requested a refund but looks like we are up and running after her help
