Service excellence

The expediency in the service. I managed to make an application and get my Visa just communicating through WhatsApp. Other service providers I have used before required that I have a flight and accommodation bookings before applying for a Visa which wasn’t the case here making it a great experience. Isabella, the consultant who was helping me was really helpful in ensuring a smooth process.
