Same as other comments. Automated messaging, no direct contact, false reports.

This company is total BS. Paid for their SEO and they have an automated report and then nothing. Its basically fraud so don't touch them with a barge pole. Their glowing reviews here are fake too. You have been warned.

I got an offer from this company and wrote back to get some details. I got an automated answer not even close to answer the questions I had. I didn't react on their answer I got another offer even better than the first one. I again didn't answer there was another offer coming, topping the one before. So it definitely seems to be scam. Don't buy.

This company is by far the best I’ve worked with for seo and promotion of my website.

The negative review below as you can see are either not from their actual customer’s (appear to be their competitors afraid of losing business) or sour grapes from one or two existing customers. Take it from me I got the results I paid for.

I didn’t have to chase them up for anything. It all ran like clock work on specific dates and days when they said it would. It went so well in fact I thought I’d write my first review ever just to say thank you to them.

I’ve not been asked to write this review and in fact haven’t even told enkaiyo I’ve written it.

Some people it seems just don’t grasp that for 99 bucks you get a god level of service, some good results and you get what you pay for.

I honestly believe some of the negative reviews below are just pathetic. The kind of people that complain about anything.

Listen, they have a refund guarantee. If you don’t like It get a refund. How many times do we buy someone from Amazon and maybe we don’t like it so get a refund. Who in their right mind has the time to then go and write a review on that, I guess some people that just have too much time on their hands. It’s the world we live in.

This company wouldn't leave me alone when my website first got posted officially.

There are so disgustingly poor in terms of respond to you. Basically, never expect a response and check this; I had to ask them every single time that when I did get a response, if it was an automated email or whether it was a real human agent or not!!!!!! As they never directly answer your questions.

I hate this dirty, thieving, scamming company with everything that I have as they are making so much money and robbing people without delivering any work.

It took a while to decide to buy enkaiyo but I’m glad i did. They are nothing but courteous and I’m not exactly a spring chicken, so it was very nice how my support contact always found time to hold my hand through the difficult things.

From time of purchase to the end rankings for my Wix website I was kept updated with lovely reports and work completed and any and all questions I asked were always answered quickly.

Spammed my website inbox using an automated system. This is a scam, they will reply to reviews posing as trust pilot admin claiming a review is false. If trust pilot asks for screenshot, I can provide.

DO NOT TRUST!!

Harassment through emails. I’m a web designer and this company has harassed many of my clients promising things that a company simply can not promise. Also, maybe try to limit all the cold-emails to people that didn’t sign up for your spiel.

Great experience dealing with everyone at enkaiyo. Made my purchase on the yearly plan a few weeks ago and have not regretted it for a second. Ample results now flying in and im amazed they provide such a service for such a low price. Even received a response from Customer Support at 2am (go figure! they seem to always be there). They made things very easy to understand.

I found enkaiyo a month ago and they have helped me a lot. Nothing was too much trouble for them and even though its an easy process to watch them get my website on top of the search engines I like always to stay involved and so I read every update they sent which was sent in PLAIN ENGLISH so anyone can understand.
