My experience has been a sound one.

My presales enquiries were responded to in a rapid fashion. Setup and the entire onboarding experience was fast and efficient, and my overall observations throughout the marketing process has been one of professionalism above all else.

They delivered a remarkable number of Page 1 Ranking positions for my website and I have been pleased from start to finish.

I received an email in my inbox on June 6th from XXX on my online contact form. Being of interest, I signed up the next day. I paid for a yearly plan to give them time to optimize and work on my website. They confirmed that they received the payment and information the same day. They guaranteed to start working within a business day.

Since I didn't receive any news by June 9th, I decided to write to make sure that they were actually working on my account. XXX is the person I am now in contact with. She wrote back on June 10th with the promised report.

Then they asked me to fill out another form for them to start working on my website to fix all the issues they found in their report. Once you complete this form, they guarantee that you will get a response with the next steps within 72 hours.

I filled the form and sent it in on June 11th, we are now June 20th, and I haven't received any news from them. I sent another email today to XXX asking her what's going on!

*Update after posting this review, XXX contacted me and got the ball rolling again. It seems there was an error in the system and my file slipped through. I can understand that having had my share of glitches, which is why I have updated my review from 1 star to 3. I shall revise this review once I can actually see the results of their work.

*Last update, after receiving XXX's email, I did what they asked filled out another form and gave them access to my website for them to do their thing. XXX reached out saying she needed more accesses. I replied asking what else she needed and never heard from her again. They had sent me a link for me to check the progress of their work after 20 business days. The link sent takes me to their home page. I reached back out to them and never received a response to this either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT'S A SCAM

Believe me when I say I made it a point to prove to Trustpilot that my experience was genuine by sending them proof of my purchase and all the conversations and nonresponses, which is why they finally left it. I had to place X's to remove the first name of their agents to comply with Trustpilot's guidelines after the merchant tried to flag me again. This is the reason why there is another update here. I AM REALLY TRYING HARD TO HELP OTHER SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS AND PREVENT THEM FROM LOSING THEIR MONEY TO THESE GUYS LIKE I DID!

What more can I add?! Paid up the 100$ to join up on Enkaiyos Page #1 Plan and was taken care of from the second I joined. Took a day or two for them to complete a huge analysis of my website which was more than comprehensive and showed all the work they were going to get going on my site. Then they took things in hand with a SEO on the website and listings just about everywhere.

I now rock the top spots on Google and Yahoo for all the keywords that matter and visits and customers are coming through.

It's been a hugely successful experience and I can only recommend these guys all the way.
