Ths was the best show performed in Jacksonville, Florida. And I have been attending since it was in Gateway, on Lem Turner. I really enjoyed and will wait on next year's show.

Concert was great, Arena needs updating.
Concert was great! Acoustic not that great, but seats we had helped. The arena itself is old and the seats need to be replaced. The floor was so sticky and dirty that our feet literally made noises when we tried to take a step. Need lighting on stairs and handrails. Vendors were courteous and there were enough to make lines quick to go through. Also a very good selection of food and beverages. But, seriously....clean the floors and seats. Parking was a little confusing, could have used more people directing traffic, and they probably should not be on their cell phones while directing cars.

Chicago is absolutely awesome
Chicago is absolutely awesome. The musicians, all of them are extremely talented, professional and give 110% to the audience. NO one wanted to leave, so they kept playing, taking us back to our favorites again. I love Chicago.

I looked up tickets for a concert in…
I looked up tickets for a concert in May and the price was $150 for two tickets. The tickets were $55 each and then $15 service charge per ticket. I then went to the actual venue website and purchased the same 2 tickets for $72 COMBINED. Event tickets center up charged my tickets to where I'd be paying more than double. Not ok.
