Fraud!
Did not recieve my order, and no reply from custumerservice.
Their phonenumber belongs to a private person, who has reported them to Action Fraud

I’m not sure if this is a legitimate company? I made an order. Chased for dispatch info and the customer services email was incorrect. Chased on social media and finally got a reply that promised correct customer services contacts and that my package was winging its way to me. Customer services email address is still wrong and now my order has been cancelled with no communication from that. At best this is terrible customer services, at what this company is taking customer money with no intention to supply or be contactable!

I would give no stars if i could, i tried to purchase an eyeshadow palette twice & on both occassions it WAS IN STOCK until i paid then got an e-mail informing me that it was out of stock, i checked the website again & said palette is INSTOCK but the price has been bumped up so i won't be purchasing a third time as i won't get the order i will get an email saying it's out of stock & i won't try buying anything else!!!!!!

Didn’t receive my order, terrible service, no way to contact other than Instagram DM and it was a miracle for them to answer

No updates when ordered till 5 days later a week later still no items given a tracking that doesn’t work very bad experience won’t be ordering again

I placed an order over a week ago and have received no delivery confirmation

This is the first time I’ve placed an order it’s a little concerning
