We have Eviivo set up for 10 of our…

We have Eviivo set up for 10 of our properties now and will continue to use it for future properties. The staff are excellent though the customer support wait times are a bit long - however you have to account for the fact they are still a start up business. Tamanna has done an excellent job with our latest 2 properties and definitely goes the extra mile!

Unable to set up automated invoicing...

Since they changed their invoicing systems around March 19, Eviivo still cannot set up their systems to send me their monthly invoice to the correct business email address!! So i have to ring in every month to request an invoice. I'm approaching double figures on the number of support calls I've made via telephone. Chat is too slow and they never get the point - they just do a work around and send me the invoice manually. Email raised support tickets haven't been answered. The root caused is never fixed and although I've asked several times for it to be investigated, it never has - until today. Today I got a response - to find they've investigated the wrong email address....... !!

Sasco Apartments first year with Eviivo.

We have been using Eviivo for over a year now and they have been amazing. We have worked closely with Matthew Bowkett and Praveen and they can never do enough to help us. Whenever contacted either Matthew or Praveen they are so quick to respond with any questions or queries we have. When informing Matt of a new property he is always straight on with getting the subscriptions forms over to us. Even when we are slow with getting it done he always politely chases us up with an email to make sure we get everything done on time. Same with Praveen, any questions we go to him with he is straight on with helping us with them. We feel very comfortable speaking to them both, they never make us feel anything is too much. A service we enjoy working with and they definitely make our lives easier!! We have had a great first year with Eviivo are we are excited to be bringing you even more properties this year.

Horrible experience

On the first 2 days I started to work with Eviivo I received 20 overbooking because they couldn't upload my old reservations and they opened an account at Expedia. I ended the contract with them 2 days later and I still was charged for the first month. 6 months later I received Expedia relocations invoices because of Eviivo over bookings. I tried to talk to them but no one answers me. Not even the CFO. The worst experience I had with a channel manager. My advice is work with Eviivo if you want to loose money.

As an update from 4/3/20, I already sent several emails to my customer representative and to the CFO I tried to call them and no answer. I'm in risk of having my Expedia.com account suspended because of Eviivo. When there is a problem Eviivo simply doesn't answer you.

Our on-boarding process with the major Online Travel Agencies is automated and existing bookings are imported into the diary before a property goes live, to make the process fast and seamless. . Eviivo is sending me invoices all the time and I am not even using this service. Eviivo is just nightmare. I write emails to support team, and no reply. Never ever will use them again. Now I am using different provider which is great. Eviivo is sending this invoices Customer ID Invoice Date Invoice No.
EVLGRP0255 15/02/20 EVL00143054. Eviivo please stop annoying people who do not use your service. Just stop please. Really bad customer service, actually no customer service at all. They are only interested in charging you money....

Nice tool but very poor service to stop it ! unacceptable

Nice service, I was very happy to manage my B&B with Eviivo. However, I had to switch to a local service for a larger local promotion. Since I notified I had to stop the contract, I still have to pay monthly fees while I do not use the tool anymore. Hence, I would have had rated 4 stars for the tool but only 1 star for the accounting service for closing the contract !!! this is not acceptable.

We have a small B & B which Eviivo…

We have a small B & B which Eviivo manages on line. Today we needed help with a few changes on our sight. We spoke with Giulia, who was extremely patient and helpful. Being clear with instruction and what would have taken us hours with her expert help was sorted out in half an hour.
So a BIG thank you to Giulia!

Taking unauthorised payments from bank.
Unable to log in
Waiting over half an hour to speak to an advisor
Unresolved problems after speaking to an advisor
Failure to return calls
Creating phoney charges to boost sales
Poor after sales service
Changing charges when queried but not removing charges as should be done
Tied in for twelve months but will be terminating contract at end of term.
