A big thank you to Deni for her patience in helping to ironing out a whole raft of small but important queries/problems I was having. Deni rang to update me a number of times and was extremely helpful in explaining what you can do with the eviivo product, and probably more importantly, what is not possible with eviivo at present. The assistance I have received from Deni is going to save me a huge amount of time going forward as some of these problems date back to when I took over/set up with eviivo almost 2 years ago, when unfortunately the training and assistance was very poor. I am delighted to say that the customer service I have received over the last 6-8 months has been of a much higher standard. Thank you to everyone at eviivo and I look forward to working with you in the future.
Eviivo provide an excellent service and products, the main gripe people probably have is the initial waiting time on the phone.
but that aside the staff are brilliant, especially Giulia whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with on numerous occasions; friendly, knowledgeable about the products and services and she will be genuinely trying her best for you, managers! where ever you are, she needs a raise or a promotion!!
If it wasn't for Giulia it would have been 4 stars but she has done eviivo proud. Keep it up.

Update: This situation is now resolved after another chasing phonecall. We have now received a full refund. Original review is below and I still feel this situation should have been resolved much more swiftly as we wasted a lot of time trying to secure this refund. Upgraded from 1 star to 2 now this is resolved.

I like the system but our experience with customer service has been bad. They have a setup fee of £95 + VAT which they charge if you have not completed setup by their deadlines. We completed all required seminars and info in the 2 week deadline then had to wait for availabilty for the final 'go live call'. They have now charged us the fee and are completely unresponsive to our multiple calls to complain about this fact. We have spoken to 3 different people and even have a complaint log number, but still no response and no refund!! So beware, it seems they will trap you into paying this fee by providing only limited options to undertake the setup process which will then easily take you outside their 2 week limit. Then if you're not happy they won't reply!!
Giulia was first-class. She was patient, understanding, absolutely understood the problem and produced the answer very quickly; she then guided me round my keyboard, showed me things I really ought to have known already, and did it all with kindness and humour. You're lucky to have her!
Hana Jemaiel conducted my training on eviivi suite. She was friendly, helpful and efficient.
She also demonstrated a lot of patience with me as I am not tech savvy and I needed a lot of explanation.
I was very happy with the service!
I had excellent tech helps and the issues were dealt with efficiently and promptly.
The only criticism I have is to do with a rather long call wait.
This was the first positive experience I have had with good support, help and answers since signing on with Eviivo 10 months ago. MK was informative, gave me sound advice, and made good suggestions regarding some major problems I had with online travel agency. After making some changes, she verified things were set up properly and suggested we try it for 30 days or so to see how things go. She also gave me a follow-up report on another situation that has caused me much stress over the past several months. I am hopeful this positive experience will continue.
Julia was particularly helpful when I called today with some technical questions. She answered them easily and made the changes I needed. The only downside was having to be on hold for a long time before my call was picked up.
Valentine is fantastic! She's very knowledgeable, follows through her emails, calls at prompt times and has helped us solve an Airbnb connection issue that we were struggling with for many months. Also quickly fixed an Expedia images problem. Thank you Eviivo and Valentine. :)

I found Sam both helpful and knowledgeable. He sorted out how I could put my video on the system and not only helped me do it but also checked it worked correctly.
I do agree with a lot of the other respondents that waiting times seem to be getting longer. I waited 17 minutes today. I know the business has expanded and maybe the support structure hasnt kept up with this expansion.
I have been with eviivo for several years and they have been really good. Lately, I have had problems with prices coming through incorrectly - a technical issue obviously, but very important for my business. I am trying to report what is going on, but lately when you phone, or even use the online chat, there are ridiculous waiting times. This seems to be a relatively new problem - for us anyway. The problem is they do not seem to be addressing call waiting times. Perhaps they could let people know when they will be able to phone and get to speak to someone. I am currently waiting on the phone just now and it is 15 minutes so far and I have moved up one place in a long queue. Not good enough eviivo!
A shoddy program with less than helpful customer service. if a reservation isn't saved for some reason, or you are logged out, you lose all the info on that customer. If you call customer support (if you get locked out, good luck! They have no way to help you unlock your account until their office opens.) asking for help and answers, you are met with a condescending attitude and sarcasm. An unreliable program run by unreliable people. We'll be looking for a new booking system for our business.
This isn't the first time I've heard of the rudeness of their customer support but I did't really believe how rude Crystal was until I called her for help. Do yourself a favor, spend your money elsewhere.
After working with Eviivo for nearly three years , over two countries , the decline in there customer services is clearly viable as a client.
The support team although exceptional , that is when you can get hold of them.
I handed in our notice to terminate our contract back in November and was told that somebody would call be back , nobody has tried , I have repeatedly asked for call backs for three months with nobody bothering.
Would I recommend Eviivo - NOT A CHANCE.
shame really as there system is actually quite good and easy to use when it works.
So we got a response from Eviivo , to make contact , I have made contact twice with still no reply.

3 emails sent not one response , well Eviivo I will not be responding further , and congratulations on loosing yet another customer , after speaking to a few other people , I am not the only person who thinks the customer service over 8 months gone down the drain
