I never expected to say this about a utility company, but my experience with Atlantic City Electric has completely blown me away — not just once, but three separate times.

Every representative I spoke with was kind, patient, and genuinely understanding, even when I was behind on my payments. They treated me like a person, not just an account number — something almost unheard of with large utility providers today.

It felt more like dealing with a small, family-owned business rooted in real values, not a massive corporation. They worked with me every step of the way, and I left each interaction feeling respected and supported.

Thank you, Atlantic City Electric, for setting a standard I didn’t even know was possible in this industry. You’ve truly earned my respect and loyalty.

Just on hold with Exelon ComEd for 2hours 24 minutes when rep comes on the line and hangs up! Have been forced to listen to terrible advertising 2 times a minute for the past 164 minutes. Do they call back after disconnecting due to their phone problems? NO! Do they give an estimated hold time? NO! Are they a terrible utility with terrible systems? YES!! Buyers beware.

Power went out. They were installing a new pole, but did not warn the civilians on my block that they were doing so. So therefore, this angry autistic is so angry, that he's writing this bad review over the phone! Here's to the big corporate scam artists who date to anger the LWPD! 🖕😡
