Absolutely horrendous business practice. I bought a "Lifetime License" for their software (Exploit Pack / Control Pack). Months after the transaction, they suddenly demanded a "VOF" document to verify my identity/firm.
This was NEVER mentioned during the checkout process. It is a retroactive, hidden clause. I submitted my details, but they arbitrarily rejected them, locked my account, and permanently revoked my lifetime access.
I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this, but they completely ignore all communications. They essentially use this "VOF validation" as a dirty excuse to purge lifetime users and steal their money.
Do not trust exploitpack.com. You will lose your money, and they will lock you out of the software you paid for. I have reported them to the Dutch ACM and initiated a payment dispute.
