First the positives; The quality of the meats is good especially the chicken and beef burgers and the taste is flavorful. Then there is the timely delivery on each Monday. The negatives; The vegetable... See more

The food is good but you can't rely on your meals being Vegan all the time.
I'm sure the service is great for vegetarians and meat eaters.
I have had a very good experience with Factor. There is a wide verity of dinners to select from. and the meals ares tasty, well balanced, and cooked to perfection. Every dish is portioned appropprely for one person. I like to add a small salad and perhaps a dessert to make the meala complete.
Food was delicious! Packaging was easy. Would like a insulated bag where I could pass that and the ice packs back each month like cook unity does. I have trouble getting the plastic film off the trays. I don't remember that being a problem the last time I got meals
I somehow missed the email giving me the option of skipping this week. I wish you would send two emails with that option. You certainly send enough advertising emails. Might be why I mised the important one!
The Waldorf salad was so bad,, The little bit of greens were spoiled and the walnuts were powder. Not up to your standards. Thru them away as not eatable.
too many over cooked green beans.
Add other vegetables, please.
Meals have been ok.
Selections were delicious. We need to further understand choices.
We appreciated being contacted regarding incorrect labeling.
Find overall quality control inconsistent. Green beans are always woody or over cooked. Not with this last order but a previous one, shredded beef was still attached to a tendon. Also had an order with broccoli that was old with brown spots. We have a few meals that we like and reorder but avoid beef and green beans.
We were hesitant to cancel after the first batch since it was a gift and we wanted to make the most of it. So, we decided to give it another try—but unfortunately, that shipment never arrived. We ended up with no meals, and were told a replacement wasn’t possible. Although they did credit our account, the experience still left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended).
On Saturday the Ceasar Salad we ordered for my wife arrived with lettuce that appeared to have been frozen. My two attempts to complain went unanswered. We are disappointed. The other meals that arrived in the same box were fine. I have a picture.
I do have problem with your website….try to order my preference…
The food is good and easy to prepare. The selection is good and divided into various dietary needs. You are free to select across the various menus.
I started Factor because I was remodeling the kitchen and I would be without stove or water (counters, etc) for a time (turns out 3 months). They were absolutely delicious. If I didn’t love to cook (reason for kitchen remodel) I would have probably just continued my Factor subscription!
I have been happy with my meals in the past. However, there have been some problems. I cancelled an order for the week of Nov. 3 but it was delivered anyway. Plus instead of delivering to my door as was done in the past, several times it was just left at front of my apartment building and I do not trust that the meals are safe to eat being left out like that. I am elderly and live on the 2nd floor and cannot be carrying large boxes upstairs. That was one of the benefits of home delivery but this has happened before and I am likely to end my subscription if it continues.
Straight up lied about pricing for a veteran and I had three separate charges that were significantly higher that what my box and the discount code were going to be. It is shameful to offer a discount to veterans and then turn around and straight up rip them off. I will shout from the mountains to every veteran I know to not use this meal service.
