I have enjoyed the taste of everything I have tried so far. Unfortunately for me everything has a lot of sodium. This is a concern because of health issues. I wish Factor offered lower sodium options.
No response from customer service is sent 3 emails. My discount code never applied to both orders
Make the instructions larger easily to read. Some have it but most don't.
I saw a promo on QVC and clicked on it. We wanted to try Factor again. Factor activated BOTH of my emails. So I'm being charged WAY more and I was unaware. AWFUL. I cancelled Factor and will NEVER use you again.
I was very pleased when I tried Factor last year and only stopped because I went to spend the winter in Mexico. When I got back I tried a promotional offer from Cookunity. I discovered that not all meal deliveries are the same. So I returned to Factor and I decided I would discover my favorite dishes by grading them on a scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the best. I found that after a few weeks I had almost all 5s, one or two 5 minuses and one 4 plus. If I took the extra effort to transfer the meal to a piece of fine china I could actually imagine I was in a fine restaurant. I live in New York City where even diners and fast foods are not cheap. The portions are probably smaller than I would usually eat but I consider that a good thing. The meals are tasty enough that I would be tempted to overeat. I was a little disappointed when I tried the filet mignon last year. I guess I had my heart set on a steak sizzling from the grill and medium rare which may be expecting the impossible. I will try it again though. The meals are a little heavy on the chicken but the filets have always been tender and flavorful. I will try to continue when I go away for the winter unless I go abroad.
I was a frequent customer with Factor meals. Food is usually pretty good. I had skipped a week and saw they had charged my card for the delivery. I called customer support telling them I had skipped this week. What was strange was the app made me log in (I normally didn't have to do) The app itself looked different. I told the customer rep that, but he said there is nothing I can do, it's policy. They refused to give me money back. I will never order from them again. No customer support.
I was looking forward to being able to bring an easy meal to work without having to meal prep and was hoping to save money on takeout. Boy, was I disappointed. These meals are very small, have very little flavor, and are always watery even though they are not frozen. In one meal, the chicken was so DRY it was crunchy and inedible even though it was swimming in water (my dog wouldn't even eat it). I was left hungry for the rest of the day at work and ended up getting takeout on the way home, totally defeating my reason for ordering Factor in the first place. I have cancelled my membership but unfortunately have a box of 14 meals coming Saturday because it's too late to cancel the order. Very disappointed in these meals...mediocre at best!!!
However...the protein drinks are pretty good!
The salads are disgusting, I tried the Santa Fe salad, and the lettuce came wilted and the chicken had a slimy and chewy texture. I thought it was synthetic chicken. Also disappointed to see how Factor uses such cheap ingredients in their salads with the canned corn and beans and tortilla chips. I could’ve made this salad in less than 5 minutes for a fraction of the cost. They’re just getting worse and worse with ripping off customers and selling low quality gas station food with zero flavor

Some of the food is over cooked. If I microwaved a bit shorty (Maybe 30-60 sec.) would that help?
The delivery was not delayed and the food was delivered on time. Also the food was delicious!!
I've spoken with customer service to get my invoices for my purchases and every time I receive nothing in my inbox. Something so simple is proving to be a hassle.
