A suspicious ugly website but it has a a lot of various products.
I was pretty much scared about buying something on this website but Trustpilot seemed fine as long as they have the products.
So I received my product to France in about business days which is fast!

My order needed a bit extra care (because of the publisher's mistake), but the contact with the shop was great -they were quick to reply and clearly know their stuff. Through Fantasywelt everything got straightened out to my satisfaction.
That experience and competitive pricing made me place a pre-order on some extra things (still waiting, yet it's an easy recommendation).

One of the articles had to be reordered but after a few months it was never ready, so I had to change my order and receive only the rest of the items.

That said, I could change my order with no additional cost and the customer service was very helpful.

I received the package shortly after that and I was very pleased with what I got, only sad about that one item I would have loved to have too.

Making my review in English for everyone to read. I've had SO MANY PROBLEMS with Games Workshop it's abnormal. I've ordered a Box Set (Cryptborn Stormwing) from Fantasywelt.de because I don't want to spend even one dollar/euro on Games Workshop stuff bought directly from GW. GW is a HORRIBLE Company... They really don't give a Fu** about you they just want your money and that's it. Fantasywelt always gives Discount on nearly everything and they don't even produce that stuff. So you have to think about it. Games Workshop produces these Miniatures and has all the possibilities to give discounts... But what do they do... They don't give u anything. I've ordered the Cryptborn Stormwing box from Fantasywelt.de and I've waited nearly 4 month and they have always been so kind to answer me as friendly and fast as possible. They wrote Games Workshop SO MANY TIMES about my Order but Games Workshop didn't even care to answer!?!? IMAGINE THIS 🤦‍♂️ The Team of Fantasywelt.de was always so kind and offered me a refund or a change of my order. They couldn't do anything because Games workshop like I said didn't even care to answer anymore. In the end I waited more than 3 Months because I really HOPED that Games Workshop would at LEAST change their horrible behavior once. But as always with GW... They just give a sh** as long as they get ur money. Fantasywelt was so kind to always let me know what's going on and showed me that GW just doesn't answer. Their team has always been MEGA kind always answered always asked if they could give me a refund or if I wanted to change the order since they were left standing in the rain regarding the order too. In the end Fantasywelt was SO MEGA FRIENDLY they didn't got the box set but they got the miniatures separately so they wrote me and told me they would give me the miniatures separately for the same price as the Box. The miniatures cost more than double the price of the Box set. And I didn't have to pay anything on top. I think that just shows how they work. They care more about their customers than the Money. They always answered me immediately and have always been super friendly. I would recommend everyone to buy from Fantasywelt.de or any other 3rd party store but PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAMES WORKSHOP DIRECTLY!!!!! Don't buy from their website and don't buy from a Local GW store. Find a third party store like I have one in my town or go to Fantasywelt for example. Just think about it for a second. Who could give a discount without thinking. The company that sells their OWN products or a Company that has to buy them in the first place and sell them to at least max the same price as GW but no what do they do THEY PUT A DISCOUNT ON TOP. GW has never ever given a discount. I really want to thank Fantasywelt for everything they have done and for their more than Friendly Customer service! Their team was always super fast at writing back clearing the situation and letting me know everything. They always tried to do their best and I really really appreciate that. Fantasywelt keep it up like that 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 your an AWESOME company!!!

This is great shop. Everything is fast and furious. Support is always polite and helpful. In case of any problems they will be solved as best as they can be! I an definitely recommending this shop to anyone in anytime!

I found the Fantasywelt website by chance, and being that their prices were so great, I ordered a few games from them (to an international address, outside Europe).

The entire experience was very pleasant. The staff was very responsive (the correspondence was a tad slow, but that was understandable - as it was in English, and necessitated inquiries about international shipping) , and was kind and resourceful at getting me the info I needed, and making the whole process very smooth and easy. I highly recommend that you make your next purchase from them.

This store is a real gem, I found it by accident, and after the first order, it's now my go-to-place for modeling materials, paints, and a surprisingly good selection of gunpla kits :-) The order was managed very swiftly and efficiently, so I had it a day or two later at home, which was very, very nice. I will be coming for more! :-)

Excellent shop, wide assortment and above all a lot of attention for the customer. They truly offer impeccable assistance. I've already bought here before, but will definitely continue to buy from them.

This retailer was 100% reliable with me in the last 4 years period. Especially of what they have in stock and not much is to be said about it.

As to what is offered but not in stock for me everything were concluded in satisfactory manner:

a) After first successfull trade they offer 7 day payment postponement upon receiving the item; just make a preorder/purchase and wait - nothing is charged until you receive the item and pay after. If they can’t oblige the order is cancelled by them and you loose nothing.

b) I advise puting your non-stock item on the arrival notice list and in the wishlist. Also asked for an additional protection for heavy book-boxsets. If there is any damage to your item (even not due to transport) they will replace it or refund for returned item. At least that was my experience.

c) You can preorder and pay. Then you wait as long as necessary. If you cancel the order before receiving the item they return money when asked or can’t oblige; they have very good communication and everything can be settled in mutualy beneficial way.

I experienced all situations (i think) described here in the reviews and everything was settled in a positive way.

However, suppliers worldwide, regardless of situation, are never 100% reliable which affects retailer like this one.

Ordered Monday 25th, evening from DK, recieved Thursday 28th, morning. Cant complain about that!
No problem with the Figure as well.

I had poblems with my order because of pypl lagging on my phone. I emailed them and the pronpem was solved within about an hour. Very fast answer time and the person taking care of my problem was really friendly and helpful. The stuff i ordered got sent within an hour or two after the problem got solved. That is top quality service👌

If what you order is in stock, you will receive a great service, if it is not, you will wait forever and if you complain about it, instead of contacting their supplier and make a little bit of pressure for you so that you can receive your article as soon as possible, they will simply offer you a refund of that article.
In the English version of the website it says still, that the articles that are not in stock will last 5-10 to be delivered and I have already waited for 7 months for two of those articles.

Awesome shop! Purchased Gamegenic Matte Sleeves, very good price, international shipment, fast and secure. Also, very large choice of board games, miniature games and relatives accessoires. The support service is very fast, kind and detailed. Definitelly reccomended.

Ordered models in wednesday, received several mails regarding my order and had the package in hand Tuesday. And i'm talking international shipping. 👍😎👍

They offer in their catalog everything no matter if they have it in stock or not. They do this to appear in Google results, which is a fraud. Sometimes I've been waiting for more than one year for a product to be restocked and they should know (if they are in the business) that the product would not come to stock. However I had to call them and cancel my order and ask for my money back.

I now have orderd 3 times from Fantasywelt.
They shipped everything within the next 2 day to me in Belgium.

I have nothing bad to say about this site.
Everything comes wraped perfectly so no damage can come to any of the Items.

I will place more orders here in the future.
