Incredibly bad support

Incredibly bad support. One of the worst I have ever seen. I have not been able to make a payment through this payment method for almost a week and the support simply does not respond!
I created three tickets with a break of several days - there is no point in support. What do they get their salary for?

Not reliable payment source

Not reliable payment source! Like others, attempted to pay on 2 different cards and denied. Both of my card holders confirmed all ok my cards. One card suggested getting reviews on Fastspring.. and did it. Avg 3.1 customer satisfaction thru Oct 2024. 49% rated 1 star. One card indicated fastspring even received recharge approval of traditional $1.00 & still denied my purchase. Will be leaving my picture company since they only use Fastspring. Suggest slaying clear of Fastspring card services. They are very confused and offer poor service.

The ynot accpet payments anymore !

I have been using server services for 2 years and making payments through Fastspring for 2 years. However, for the past week, my payments have been declined, despite trying different cards and every possible method. I contacted them via email, and they apologized, saying they were unable to process the payment. If I cannot make this payment, I won't be able to connect to the server, which will result in a significant loss for my work. Worse still, I cannot switch to another server because I need to connect from that specific IP address. This situation has left me severely impacted.

I've purchased Card Studio 2.0 and had…

I've purchased Card Studio 2.0 and had nothing to confirm the order via email (even though the website order confirmation said I'd receive an email 'within the next several minutes'.

I've also not had any activation code through via email. Have contacted support who said they'd sent me the activation code again and still nothing through. It's not in spam and it's not blocked. My email address is correct as I'm receiving the support emails without issue.

Not very happy with the service at all.

Editpad Pro

I bought editpad pro They claimed to have a three month guarantee. Editpad pro does only the BMP instead all of unicode. I complained. They did not react Friday. They did not react Monday. Tuesday I emailed their reseller. The reseller had it resolved within half an hour.

Didn't try to resolve my problem

I was having trouble processing a payment on a sale item. I tried several times and called my bank to see what was wrong.my bank said the transaction was approved on their end but was getting kicked back for some reason. I reached out to Fastspring who said it was due to something on my end. After verifying it wasnt, they suggested I use a different form of payment and closed the case. Absolutely awful customer service.

Freemake Video converter

Recently had to request support and instructions on how to reinstall a program of Freemake video that I had purchased and lost because I had to reinstall windows 10 which wiped out the program. With their expert advice and simple instructions, in a timely matter they help me reinstall the program. It's a super program, easy to use and well worth the price.

We email FastSpring to sign up our…

We email FastSpring to sign up our platform (Yoors) and get started with our products and we receive an email saying they can't support our business. No explanation. The only tools we offer on our site are tools that improve content creation process for our content creators that post blogs, stories and photos on our site. We receive an email back saying they can't support us. No explanation why and we're completely baffled. We are just a site that are looking for a payment provider. After that we receive an email to rate our experience on Trustpilot, so here we are happily writing a review for you.

Very happily using FastSpring for several years

I've been using FastSpring for around three years and couldn't be happier. We are a fast-growing SaaS startup and FastSpring has allowed us to grow without having to worry about sales taxes. Their support is excellent: I usually get a response within 24 hours, even during weekends. They have a can-do attitude and are always keen to assist us. Thank you!

I have been a customer for a decade...

I have been a customer for a decade. Great company and outstanding support. FastSpring is our payment processor because it takes care of everything, including tax collection, which is especially handy if you sell to the European Union. The checkout interface is stunning and user-friendly. The only bad thing is the aggressive fraud detection system that may flag legitimate purchases. Paypal seems to accept more purchases with fewer fraud attempts.

I am unable to use any of my credit…

I am unable to use any of my credit cards to place an order for ON1 Photo RAW 2025. It has taken FastSpring a long time. They have finally stated that the problem was resolved, but it has not been resolved.

World class support

World class support, professional to the bone and yet relatable. We started working with Paddle before and liked the tool and people a lot but they wouldn't let us sell important products and we didn't get the same feeling of trustworthyness that we get with Fastspring. This is not agains team Paddle or their product at all. We'd work with them again if it wasn't for our outstanding experience with FS so far.

When I got stuck in cancelling my Capture One account, TrustPilot recognized my problem and showed me the way to solve is, by contacting me with the Capture One product desk.
So , within 245 hrs my problem, due to a e-mail account change was solved. Excelleent!

Great Alternative To Paddle

I have been using FastSpring for more than a year and never had any issues. It is a great alternative to paddle. You do not have to worry about managing sales taxes worldwide. Also, for countries where payment gateways are not available, it is a very great alternative. I would totally recommend you using FastSpring.

Possibly the best online selling…

Possibly the best online selling platform I have come across. I've been doing online business for 10+ years and nothing beats the quality of FastSpring. Their uptime is basically 100% and the checkout process is smooth as a butter. I can not embrace enough. Try it for yourself and it will not let you down.

Got me a refund when one of their partners went dark.

Though FastSpring is mainly a payment processor,
there were extremely helpful in getting me a refund for a software package I purchased but had a very difficult time getting any help with after over a week of trying to get the software I purchased. That company was non-responsive and was happy to take $480 but never delivered the software and that company's customer support was non-existent after trying for over a week. FastSpring was not obligated to fight for the refund but they did and with speed, rare this happens in today's world. Most online companies take the money and run. Kudos to FastSpring for holding their partners accountable.
