Speed needs significant improvement

I recently used FBS Delivery for a shipment from Estonia to Finland, and while the overall service was satisfactory, the delivery speed left much to be desired. It took 7 days for a single package to arrive, which feels unusually slow for such a short distance.
Pros:
- Package arrived safely and in good condition
- Communication and tracking were adequate
- Customer service was responsive
Cons:
- Delivery time was far too long for a neighboring country
- Speed needs significant improvement to stay competitive
If FBS can enhance their logistics and reduce transit times, they’d be a much stronger option. For now, I’d recommend them only if you're not in a hurry.
