We are very pleased, especially with the service. We have experience with other agencies, but nowhere has there been such an individual and direct approach to the client. We got all possible information, answers to questions ... Really super nice and professional contact. And the most important, the same person was taking care of us all the time. Not like in other agencies where each time someone else, unfamiliar with the situation, replies to the e-mails. Someone different every time. Here, from the beginning to the end, we had contact with Ragnhild, who was always very helpful, very kind and very professional. Thank you very much.

A very late review but my family and I still talk about the great service and commitment received.
My family and I booked a summer house in Skagen with your company for the Easter weekend in 2015 - and the service we got from your company and staff was excellent.
The TV at our summer house unfortunately had problems right before our arrival. Per Clausen called and emailed us to tell of the issue and solution in advance - and we were very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the basket of cookies and chocolates and wine left at the summer house. We personally came to your office to thank for the basket and wine the next day - but we were impressed his colleague knew all the details of the problem with our summer house.
The solution that Per had for us unfortunately didn't come to realisation the following day - and Per called us immediately to let us know and offered two options for compensation. We were again impressed with the commitment of good customer service - especially during bank holidays.
We had a comfortable stay in the summer house booked via your company - and based on the excellent service we have received, we will definitely be back back and give your company our highest recommendation to our family and friends for future stays in Skagen.

This house is full of mold.
Sad, beacuse it's a nice house and area. Well equiped kitchen and suite.
But, coming home our clothes stinks and needs to be washed several times and even then there is still a odour.
