Traveled as a couple (pedestrians) from Rafina to Gavrio at the beginning of December. Booking was made online, and there were no bad surprises when we were on-site. Overall, the booking process was quick and easy. Would definitely work again with this Website. Thanks.

We were on the ship for 14 hours, traveling from Athens to Chanyo, both my husband and I were infected with covid and have been sick for two weeks already.

I made a mistake when booking, I sent an email and they were very quick and friendly to help. Also, the notification about changes in departure time were appreciated. Would definitely book again!

The ferry was fine and the trip was pleasant.
But the was also something unpleasant.
We were supposed to go from Igoumenitsa to Bari. In the e-mails (as well as in the voucher) the number of the terminal was not indicated. In the booking, there was only the address of our ferry company office, where we must first print tickets. But when you enter this address in google maps (Ag. Apostolon 7, Igoumenitsa), it leads you in the opposite direction, outside the port. There is no office there, and it was extremely unpleasant to find this out in the middle of the night, with suitcases in hands. This was our first ferry trip and we got pretty nervous while figuring out where we needed to go. So, it would be great for passengers to receive IN ADVANCE an accurate indication of the place where they need to come and where in fact all the offices of international ferry companies are located in Igoumenitsa: Igoumenitsa Ferry Port, Terminal number 2.
That's why I rate the servise only 4 stars.

Seajet compagny informed us that departure time was postponed from 9 to 12:00 o'clock.
After that we received a new message from Ferries in Greece telling that our trip was cancelled and that we had to find a new vessel by ourselves. VERY CONFUSING !
Your information system must be reviewed.

It worked out great. No problems. Finding our seats was difficult a little more assistance on boarding would have been helpful. I would use again. No problems with tickets, or any other aspects.

I've used Ferriesingreece in prior trips to Greece so it made sense to use them again this most recent trip. It's easy to book in advance and there is very good, concise communication and updates right up until the day of the trip. It makes my trip that much less stressful knowing that I don't have to worry about the sailings I've booked on.

I was pleasantly surprised, on the whole, everything went well, despite not getting e-tickets.
