Mad Cool ticket…

Initial purchasing of Mad Cool ticket was easy process. Last year, all of the information emails were in Spanish & tickets only arrived a couple of days before we left for Madrid. Hopefully, this will be rectified for this year.

My payment plan was canceled without notice

My payment plan was canceled without notice. It was my last payment in my payment plan & they cancelled my order!! Usually they will email me three days prior to my payment day I did not receive that email,next I will receive an email the day the payment is supposed to be made I didn’t get that email either!! Next if the payment is unsuccessful I am supposed to receive a notice of that so that I can make sure my payment option is in order & if it’s not they allow me to change it. I did not receive any notice email of my payment being unsuccessful nor did I receive the two following notices. I say that because when a payment is unsuccessful they send you three emails if the order is unsuccessful that many times then they go ahead & cancel. I’m here to say none of those emails or notifications were given to me therefore i’m writing this review as a complaint & want my tickets

Card charged and still no confirmation email

I purchased tickets from Festicket on 06th November and did not receive a confirmation email.

My credit card has been charged and I have followed this up with their ‘Help’ team on three occasions and still no response.

I am beginning to think that I have been scammed.

Amazing One Stop Festival Shop!!

I was looking for a house music festival with my favourite artists. Festicket made the search easy and gave me great choices from all over the world. I even learned about amazing festivals that I didnt know existed! After a few weeks of reviewing festivals on the festicket site, I chose two festivals in the summer. Booking was super easy and the payment options diverse and convenient. Festicket has all festival needs under one unbrella. Highly recommend!

Improve your Help Team

Well after I got my tickets with the wrong names on it, which was my fault, I contacted the help team with 4 emails in about 10 days to correct the tickets. I still have no answer, neither the right names on the tickets and the festival is tomorrow. I will see how it works and in the worst case I will text the festival ticket help team again, with less friendly word then Before. Please improve your help support, some people really need help, and if the support team can't catch up with them you will lose a lot of customers.

Still glad that I have at least some tickets, thank you for that.

I see you contacted us for the first time on 24/12.
With this short advance, sometimes we cannot apply any name change on tickets because we have already sent the final name list to the event organization. However we usually contact the festival to let them know this situation and to avoid any problem with our customers.
