Pitiful coverage
When they were Go Pet Plan, this was an awesome, reliable, consistent insurance company. After they were bought out and became Fetch, it has been a terrible experience. The coverage and customer service are terrible, the deductibles go up and copay goes down every year, and barely anything is covered anymore. I recently had an emergency, life and death, nearly $1000 vet bill for my cat. Guess how much I got back from Fetch? Less than $30 total. If you really want per insurance go to Costco or Trupanion

Very dishonest
Very dishonest. Recieved an email to update my payment method, when i did i was charged $716 for 3 months (absolutely rediculous, at 71 years old its like a second mortgage). I called immediately, but they said you can only make a change in February and if i cancel now its $250 charge for the month. They said if i dispute this charge with my credit card it could take 8 weeks then I would be charged $500 for two months.
Its bad enough they are forcing me to go without insurance, a $716 premium every 3 months is outrageous, they are gleefully stealing my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Don't use this service if you love your pet
I filed a claim when my cat was sick. Vomiting was a symptom. Since she vomited once in her life before, they wouldn't cover her emergency visit. I wasn't given a diagnosis by my vet or the emergency vet, but fetch pet made one for her and denied the claim. Do not use this service if you can just pay out of pocket. Especially, because they only reimburse you. Fetch Pet family my behind.
