I enquired at priory park about any properties they may have for sale. I found Becky the manager extremely helpful and friendly!

WORST SHIPPER ON PLANET! NEVER PICKED UP OR CALLED TO CANCEL! F.FLAKES!

Do not! I repeat do not use this company. I was told it would be a two week timeframe to pick up my bike. A month later my bike was still not picked up. I called another company who picked up and delivered within a week. It’s been three months. Been waiting on my refund of my deposit. Now they’re awol

When I received my motorcycle, the delivery company never received the money for the delivery and First Moto Transport was closed so was unable to talk to the company and had to pay again and have been trying to call First Moto Transport for the last few weeks I have also left voicemails with and emails with no response at all. Worst Communication and organizational ability. I don’t recommend

Initially, they followed up very well but they had a habit of going awol. They call to give me the quote, tried to put the next couple of days down as estimated pickup date but I told them the deal wasn't finalized. They said they'd put down 1-31 May. Dealership contacts me on Saturday, 1 May that the deal was approved & bike would be ready for pickup Wednesday, 5 May. Get a text from Valerie on Monday 3 May they are ready for pickup. I quickly replied that was a no-go. I contact the dealership again...bike can be picked up Tuesday 4 May. I text Valerie, no response. Send another text asking to inform once they've picked up the bike. They respond the following day that they are waiting for logistics to schedule the next truck, no later than 2 days. I decide to cancel the request & ask how long it will take to refund the deposit. No response for 2 days. Told them to stop playing games & refund my deposit. They respond they'll send request to a manager. That was Thursday, May 6th. It's 12 May & no response by text or email. Their facebook page reviews cannot be trusted...they use the same picture on two posts with different names. Almost every positive post is from accounts with no friends, no photos & no posts on the page. Completely fake. EDIT: FB page no longer shows reviews. DO NOT use these people. They are scam artists.
EDIT: Valerie responded by text 13 May. Said refund was transferred already & to let her know when I saw it in my bank account.
EDIT: 26 May. No response from FB messenger, texts from Valerie or messages left on their business phone. Still no refund.

So far they are 4 days late for picking up my bike, with no phone call or email to tell me why. And there is no phone for weekend calls to find out what the heck is going on. Will update when I find out what’s going on

Booked and paid my deposit and haven't head back from them via phone or email. I will be filling a fraud claim.
Update.... 2 weeks later and received an email stating I would get a refund and a week and half later I don't have anything.

Very courteous. And helpful. Communicated throughout trip.

This review was not solicited nor compensated by FMT, this is MY experience and I'm sorry to see some people have had bad experiences as of late.

At the end of last year I shipped my 2006 Husqvarna SM610S Super Moto from Burbank, California to Port St. Lucie, Florida. I was sending it to my nephew as a Christmas gift and for graduating fire academy.

They picked it up within the 2 week window we had scheduled and it was delivered to my parents house in Florida within 6 days. Their price was literally half to one third the cost of what most other transport companies wanted for enclosed transport and the closest other quote I got was over $300 more expensive!

Dave was excellent helping me set it up & communicating with me throughout with any questions I had & kept their timetable and really exceeded my expectations. I did have some challenges reaching them by phone after my initial call and scheduling, but Dave responded to all my emails in a timely fashion so that sufficed in my case.

I texted with the driver that picked it up during the course of the trip and he was very responsive. I couldn’t be happier!

When I moved to California from Connecticut in 2006, I transported my 3 bikes myself. I may be moving to Florida in the next year or two and I will definitely hire these guys to ship my current stable of 5 bikes.

I randomly found these guys, after doing a multitude of internet searches and had never seen their name before until it popped up on like the 50th motorcycle transport search, it was definitely serendipitous and I’m grateful to have found them and to have had an excellent experience.

Our experience was horrible. Our final cost of move was doubled of what they estimated and they didn’t even get everything. I had to take an extra day off work to complete our move. I have a laundry list of things I was very un pleased with. All they could do was give us $100 off. Which really was just a slap in the face from the owner. Considering everything I personally did to help them through the 8.5 hr day. Don’t get sucked in to there cheap quotes because they’re not accurate. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals. I was taken advantage of and owner did very little to help.

Worst movers I have ever worked with. Their customer service is horrid, but I needed a mover immediately so I took it. And then charged me fees that I had not been informed of beforehand.

This moving company is a Scam I ordered 3 movers I only got two then one mover left for hours to go eat. He didn’t come back until hours later So I was down to one mover. Wow it took 12 hours to move a one bedroom house I was charged for two movers and if I didn’t pay i was threatened they would put my belongings back in the truck I would never recommend them or rate them they are Zero.

From my very first email to First moto transport to the moment my bike transported to the destination, these guys were so good and active. They communicated really well through out the process and I as in touch with the driver. He was responding me patiently and it was a good experience to work with these guys.

I've never used First Moto Transport delivery services before because I've never had a need for it. However, I have an urgent Motorcycle delivery and I contacted First Moto Transport and asked for their same day delivery services to deliver the package for me. I'm so glad that I chose to use them. The email notices are excellent and they delivered well before time. I will definitely use them again.

I would strongly recommend them. The last moving company I used was only nice before the job.

These guys communicate and explain everything carefully. I got my bike in perfect condition and they were very careful.
