I usually love FF but

Nightmare

I never actually received the shoes I ordered from FitFlop, yet I was still asked to “review” them before the issue was resolved. That says a lot about the company’s priorities.

The package was supposedly “delivered,” but the only proof provided was a blurry photo of several random boxes left on the floor of my apartment mailroom — not in the secured parcel lockers where all resident deliveries are required to go. The photo showed no visible name, apartment number, shipping label, or clear FitFlop branding identifying the package as mine. I also never received the promised delivery confirmation email.

When I reported the non-delivery immediately, FitFlop repeatedly shifted responsibility onto their carrier, OnTrac, and opened a lengthy “investigation” instead of issuing a refund for merchandise I never received. I had to spend days gathering evidence, contacting apartment management, documenting delivery procedures, and eventually filing a dispute through my credit card company just to protect myself financially.

The most frustrating part is not even the missing shoes — it is the complete lack of accountability. Once they have your money, you become responsible for navigating their delivery failures yourself.

A company selling premium-priced shoes should have premium-level customer service and secure delivery practices. Instead, this experience felt exhausting, dismissive, and unnecessarily adversarial from beginning to end.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone ordering directly from FitFlop online. The shoes may be comfortable, but if something goes wrong with your order, be prepared to do all the work yourself.

I have been flop shopper for years

Not comfortable

I have several pairs of fit flops and they are comfortable. My most recent purchased one’s are terrible. So uncomfortable and I would not recommend.

The sandals I bought were too big

My first pair of waterproof flip flops

Comfort is top priority

The whole experience of buying is very easy and the quick turnaround to delivery is another positive feature.
The only challenge is deciding what to buy as the styles are all lovely and knowing that comfort is high priority is equally important if not essential.

I've never encountered that before -- either they're in stock, or they're not.
