I have purchased majority of my furniture at flamingo and it usually went well in the past, recently I was very disappointed .the sales person said i would receive my items in 2 weeks or less , and that they will contact me,i didnt hear anything after 2 weeks and had to call to follow up , the person on the line said its taking longer then usually that I would have to wait another week,which would be fine if they would inform me in the first place, i decided to purchase a mattress while on the phone.as i spoke to the the sales person he gave me a price of 325 and i said okay 325 is okay to charge my card.i went to check my bank statement and saw he charged 325 and extra 125 ,so i called back the sales person and ask why he did that, he said thats the price , i told him and repeated myself 3 times 325 right just to make sure i got the price right, he then said he wasnt talking to me when he said that price, then i said but you charge my card 325. and then extra 125.thats 450 a totally different price then what said .he was totally rude and had a major attitude problem, all he had to say is that he made a mistake and ask to charge my card correctly thats all instead he was extremely nasty. Being a floor sales manager and this is how he behave ,someone needs new training
