Wooden Climbing frame install - Gutted

Dunster House Wooden Climbing Frame installation. Absolutely gutted. Paul charged me £300 cash and left me with a mess. Panels screws and bolts missed, child safety caps missed, ground spikes put in the wrong place, didn't even fix the swing brackets to the cross bar properly or tighten the bolts! He Agreed to concrete the ground spikes in (for extra) the mix didn't set so I had the go round and re-do them all!! We agreed a £50 refund but then he sent me £40. When I queried this Paul said he should have charged me for the extra spike that was only needed because he made an error, and that he apparently got "boll****d" for giving me a refund even though it's HIS company??! He initially said they were coming as a team, but turned up on his own and I suffered for that. Even had the cheek to block my phone number. The reason I chose this company is because they had 'experience' with these frames and Paul himself said they were 'easy' to install.
