I am a long haul flight attendant. I’m a happy customer, Flexyroam is very reliable. The online customer support is very good, too. I need help when I get a new phone and usually mess up with the settings. They are helpful and very patient. Highly recommended.

AI email support!

Terrible experience with this company. I wouldn't buy from them after this.

Customer support is very quick, almost too quick. And look how fast they respond to my Trustpilot review, within hours. Then almost immediately, I received an email from Trustpilot saying the business requested more information.

Considering how many glowing, near-identical reviews this company has, that kind of follow-up feels like an effort to keep negative feedback quiet. Whats interesting is there are glowing feedback daily from users with minimal reviews to their name.

Anyways, throughout the customer service interaction, responses came almost instantly with near identical phrasing, no real comprehension of the issue, and no progression toward resolution.

The behavior was consistent with AI scripted interaction rather than a human representative. The pattern was clear: repetitive, deflective, and evasive, especially around the Mastercard entitlement question.

There are now many other eSIM providers who offer reliable service and authentic support without this kind of behavior. I would recommend choosing them instead.

Thank god for the WhatsApp chat

Thank god for the WhatsApp chat, I was trying to activate my esim while I was boarding the plane and it wasn’t working, the person I spoke to was able to help me and my e-sim is now ready to use :) would 100% recommend.
