Had a problem with my account access
Had a problem with my account access. Two support teams from Flexiroam provided a seamless service not to be found very often anymore: efficient, patient, quick and relentless until the somewhat tricky issue was fully resolved. Nothing but a clear 5-star rating from my side 👏😁!

Really fast response time
I sent them an email to ask about switching from a SIM card to an eSIM, expecting that I might get a reply in a couple of days. But they replied within about 10 minutes and after a couple more emails my problem was solved. That is great service!

Some good staff but overall a terrible company
Some of the staff here are competent but in general the system has a lot of problems setting up each time you enter a different country. Many other alternatives are cheaper and better, without setup problems.
At one time the credit balance needed to be used annually, then it didn't, then it had to be used by March 31, with 5 days notice.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service. They will see you through until the problem is resolved. We had used FlexiRoam for over a year now traveling throughout Europe and even to the states. I have had to reach out only twice for issues and they fix it every time!

As an Airline pilot
As an Airline pilot, i have to travel a lot. I am glad i could find this esim. Flexiroam offers a big data bundle with comparatively very less price than others esim company. The best thing is, you can use it in flight with selected airlines and aircraft. Very fast customer service. Totally worth it.

Panic set in, then Tech Support saved the day!
The day before I was leaving on my trip I went to activate the FlexiRoam app and the verification code was not getting through. I was surprised when I was quickly able to contact tech support on WhatsApp. Then panic set in when I was told they would work on it an get back to me. Sure enough, they emailed my code and everything worked. The clear communication, responsiveness, and resolution to my problem is priceless for any traveler depending on an Internet connection. This team stands behind their product.
