Sadly, not as helpful as I hoped it would be.
I will continue using it but, sadly, it doesn’t work as well for me as in the testimonials. I think it helps on the margins, but I still can’t consume onions or garlic and I can only eat small amounts of brassicas like cabbage or cauliflower.

Truthfully I don't often eat a lot of garlic or food out so I am not sure how good I am doing. I get very frustrated when I am out to open the little package. Not sure how much I should use - will it get into the whole dish?People look at me like what are you doing?

This is an amazing product
This is an amazing product, the only problem I have is that it doesn’t work on Wheat. Pizza, Pasta and Bread hurt me really bad. I was hoping this will help me eat those meals but it doesn’t work at all. I don’t have that problem with Garlic and Onions. So I can enjoy a meal at a restaurant without the stress that brings.

Wheat contains both fructans and gluten, and while FODZYME breaks down fructans, it doesn't break down gluten. If your reaction to wheat persists even with FODZYME, it's possible gluten or another component is the trigger rather than fructans. Great product, it has made my life easier when it comes to being able to eat foods that otherwise would kill my whole week. They always have delivered it in a timely manner. I would recommend it to anyone with crohns colitis, ulcerative colitiS, IBS & IBD. This product in conjunction to the Low FODMAP diet and medication has put me in a more stable environment where I don’t fear as much being able to go out and worry about the bathroom and carry bathroom supplies. Actually works!
I recently found out the cause of medical issues I had been having. In order to make it better I need to be doing an acid reflux diet and the FODMAP diet. That’s nearly impossible for me. I already have a hard time with eating having ADHD, so doing two very restrictive diets would not work for me.
Then I found FODZYME and I had used it on vacation so I could enjoy myself without restrictions. It actually worked!! There was no consequences to what I ate. I wasn’t running to the bathroom. I wasn’t nauseous. There was no heartburn. It was amazing!

Very mixed feelings about…..
I don’t like the fact that you must put it on everything that’s a possible issue; How can you try to taste something you are making in the kitchen. It’s also a memory issue…what if we forget. I sometimes believe my gas was only simply postponed for a few hrs. Perhaps I even have more issues..not clear yet on that. So, paying a lot for this is debatable

Ten Days in Italy with Zero Problems
I have severe IBS and just returned from 10 days in Italy. I brought my Fodzyme packets with me and only turned away two minor food offerings the whole trip-- both which contained raw garlic--with no GI issues the whole time.
