My brothers and I cannot recommend For Sale by Owner more highly which we used to sell our mother's home. Well, we could if Trustpilot allowed us to give ten stars. The staff are really helpful, the website is user friendly, there's help for you if you want it but you do feel very much in charge of what's happening. They gave us recommendation for a really good local photographer who could also do drone video footage and photos if we wanted that. We didn't want to do open homes, so we didn't. We showed people through at our leisure. We used our own lawyer to do the contract. We sold the home at a great price within two months. We saved thousands in commission fees to real estate agents and we felt safe and supported as we sold the home.
