Freedom Debt relief has quickly made adjustments to my final amount owed on my credit cards. The company does a great job of making sure that the debts are settled in a reasonable and timely manner.

Freedom Debt Relief carried me back to a place where I had no credit card debt and they included other debt as well. It was painless. I had the amount taken out of my account and paid way less than I originally owed. The best part was the fact that I could communicate with them online and especially personally whenever I needed to do so. They encouraged me all the way and made me feel secure. Also I learned to live without credit cards. I pay as I go.

Stay away, also known as Turnbull Law Group. I am further in debt then I was a 1 1/2 ago, thanks to them. They charge me more in fees to settle a debt, I could of done myself. I am right back where I started and $6553 of my money deposited is gone!!!! All they did was make a phone call and the company reduced the amount. I did the same thing myself after I realized what they were doing. I had 2 debts and 1 was never even looked at after 1 1/2 years all they wanted was more money in my deposit account all the while deducted settlement fees for nothing. How is that even legal? Of the $6553 I deposited $4223 went to fees?? Now I have to hire any attorney to get my money back. STAY AWAY..STAY AWAY

I have to tell you, this is the best thing I have done in a very long time. At first I was skeptical, but I was so far in debt I had to have help, things beyond my control put me there and I kept telling myself, I put myself here, I’ll get myself out. But I was wrong.

Honestly if it wasn’t for Freedom Debt Relief I’m not sure where I would’ve been it trying to get everything paid. I can remember when I head first about Freedom , I quickly called to see if I qualified for the program and had many questioned about ow the program works. Me and my wife were up to our head in debteith credit cards. We thought our life was going to end from trauma thinking about how we would get ourseves back to living a normal and stress free life. I t was so bad we were taking meds to help us sleepat night to get rest and stop thinking about our situation.We both came from familes that never talked about money mangement so most of our problems was lack of knowledge and education about money. Going forward Freedom saved our life. We followed the programs advise, put in an amount each month and the company was there to negotiate and be the voice for us to clear out the debt. We have come to the end of out journey and we can truly say we are free from all the debt . We rest well and it's like our lives have changed and we look at our financial understanding in a positive and stress free way. I can tell anyone who is struggling with the same issues we had finacially to please give this progam a chance and if you do what they tell you,your financial life change. The costumer service. The program was explained in detail to me and was made easy to understand. They we also true to their word. Once my first payment went through they began negotiating and were able to lower my largest charge.

They totally misrepresented themself at the time I signed up. They were dishonest about the fees they charge (it is far more than initially was stated and not transparent at all) and even though they explained to me that my credit score would drop during the beginning period it would come back up. (My score dropped from 650 down to 490 with 4 out of 5 accounts settled) in addition the estimated graduation date keeps being pushed back ( from Jan 2024 not to Feb 2025) even though I make all my payments on time. When I called to address my concern I was told they are not credit experts only negotiators. Signing up with Freedom Debt relief was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. In hinsight I would have been better off making my minimum payments to the creditors.
