There is just not a single good interaction with this company whatever product you buy. Mobile - need to check your billing monthly because they just add things you did not order, and when you complain, they remove and refund, but why adding things? Over billing occurrences as well. Order hardware, after one week no status change, then they say "oh it may take 2 or maybe 3 weeks", had to cancel order. At least 20 minutes every time you call their support.

I got a prepaid sim once I arrived in Germany. I had it for one year without any problem. It was easy to get the prepaid sim. Never had a complaint. Coverage is good in cities. I never went anywhere far from city so I have no comment on the coverage outside of the city. Highly recommend it. Customer support is friendly as far as my interactions went with them.

I bought an esim card and although installing it on my new iphone should have been an easy process, I was kind of overwhelmed. The Freenet team guided me through this, and it was comforting to know they had the patience and expertise to handle my questions. The two ladies I spoke with were simply great!

A friend recommended freenet to me and I decided to give it a trial.so far I am satisfied, important for me is that I have an overview of my bills online ,fast call customer service ,I have EU roaming and I am not " obligated " to stay if I don't like it here . I recommend highly .

[Update] After calling a service center everything was solved.
Got an invoice for a service that I never ordered. I had it once already, but then it was my mistake (a call center worker sold a 'service' too good and I didn't get that it). This time I explicitly told that I DON'T want to have any extra services and still got an invoice.

I have a question. I have bought the Samsung handy with two year contract and I am paying 51 Euro everymonth. Now my question if I want to close the contract should I have to give cellphone back to them or they will recover left over money. And what happens when contract end at two year end. Do I have to return then cellphone or I get to keep it. I am so confused with German contract system.

Although I am ending my 2-year contract with them, the service war overall good and the customer service hast most of the times been helpful. The reason I am changing my mobile provider is because the new "offers" they made for me are just too overpriced.

I had a contract, which I used for 3 months. Then I decided to quit because I wanted to take their new offer. I have done everything correctly, but they have put a false termination date. I called the customer care line, and literally within 2 minutes, the customer service representative solved the problem.
My overall experience is very good because everything necessary is compiled in their app, and the network as well as the download speed are satisfactory. I give them 1 less star for the trouble they caused me by not reading the termination letter and by automatically putting the termination date.

Really great customer service. Love that they have budget friendly plans from the top mobile networks. They make sure to provide the same plans but for a cheaper price! I have a Telekom plan with them that costs less than what it would have costed with Telekom but the data speeds, features and everything else from the plan is exactly what Telekom gives. Very happy!
