Products not safe.

I bought a collar and lead set from this company sometime ago. I was out with my dog around 2 months later and the collar snapped, he walked into the road quite happily, fortunately he was ok but it was a shock.

I contacted the company through Facebook as I had bought through there and they would not reply. I sent photos, they would not reply. I can see that they read the messages..

Then their website disappeared and they vanished off Facebook, fortunately I had screen shots of the messages I had sent them.

Then they relaunched and reappeared so I messaged them again. They have never replied. But they are reading the messages.

Please be very careful if you have bought any of their products, they don't appear to be safety or stress tested, they are probably only suitable for running around the garden looking cute.
