I ordered a fiber laser rust removal kit. Instead a received a cheap necklace. I waited for 3 weeks to receive the product (Ordered October 13). I keep trying to email them using the email address on their site, and the email keeps bouncing back. Based on my personal experience they are a scam

I dealt with and got burned by one other site just like fullsatisfy.com before i finally figured out how to recognize a Chinese scam web site and i can guarantee this is one of them. They will give you a unbelievable price on and item take your money and send you a cheap trinket for proof the sent you the item. Don't even think that PayPal will help you get your money back (I tried), because they are out of China, PayPal wont help you even though they know it is a scam. I don't know about credit cards if they can get your money back. If it looks fishy always go out in the web and type in there name, there most certainly is a lot of people who have been burned already. Do your homework before you give your credit card number

I ordered two items from this website. Total scam. I never received my order, and no one ever responded to multiple emails. I did receive a cheap dollar necklace in the mail, didnt say where it was from, but I guess that is how they cover up the scam by delivering "something" to you. Beware.

Fiber Laser Cleaner Rust Removal Laser Cleaning Machine. The product was not delivered. I did receive a zinc plated chain with no reference as to where it came from. I believe it may have been from this company. I have filed a claim with PayPal and my acc't has been credited for the amount. Also when I tried to contact them the web page was missing.

I ordered the Fiber Laser cleaner. What was sent to me was a Star of David necklace. Luckily I paid for my order with Paypal and got my money back very quickly. DON'T, I REPEAT DON'T do any type of business with these people. Total rip off! I hope this review will save someone a lot of aggravation.

fulsatisfy is a scam I paid for the laser cleaner and they never sent it to me. they gave me a false tracking number for someone else and i never seen my product.

After spending $193 at fullsatisfy.com, All that was sent to me was a small empty plastic envelope. Also right after I placed my order I started getting a lot of pop-up ads and bad spam on my computer and Many fraudulent text messages on my phone asking me to type a 7-digit code which would allow phone to be hijacked. Order came from China. The fraud and scam, Fake, false Ads is the worst I ever went through. After e-mailing them 4 times, still no response.
