Extremely disappointing service and platform

I have tried for over a month to validate my account with no reason why I was required to keep providing my utility bills to verify who I was. I would not receive any reason why it was not accepted, no matter how many different utility bills I gave them.

Furthermore, as someone who is new to Forex trading, I have been using my demo account for over two months with trades in play that I was using to educate myself in prep to start trading in my live account. Then for no reason and with no communication, my demo account disappeared.

Then when you contact them, you get the AI that contradicts itself and give you instructions on what to do, despite you having that information already in the communication.

customer service is very, very bad.

I have 5 "Your new deposit has been declined" over 2 days and the "non-human chatbot AI Christina" didn't even have any idea on what went wrong. I ping in the chat during business hours and didn't get a person even after no resolution across days. Why have a chat function if your not going to take it seriously? Just delete that damn thing !

I have to drop a 1 star here before some senior person in FX Trading noticed me, after which only then a person reach out to me (thru email) to give me an idea of what is going on. Issue is resolved but the experience is horrible. Bad broker.

Days after this event, 1 guy keeps calling me and asking to rescind the honest feedback I gave. This is why I am dropping another 1 star here - if service is bad - fix it! Don't ask me to pull back my review simply because you did a bad job. You got caught with your pants down. Figure out the root cause and fix it. Move on. Do better next time and stop bothering me.

I am in the middle of withdrawing my funds. Will move to a different broker, one that has actual person on the chat box !!
