Echo the other 1 star reviews. We held off leaving a review as we have tried to keep faith that the issues we have had will be resolved competently but we now feel it appropriate to share our experience as we feel so badly treated.

The house itself is very nice but let down by poor quality workmanship, inadequate checking of work before handing over, and poor customer care.

We expected much more from Cameron who we perceived to be one of the better developers but, with all the stress, hassle and disruption we have endured over the last 16 months, we would have thought twice about moving here.

There are still outstanding issues and I'll update my review if appropriate.

After care is terrible, a number of faults I've been trying to get completed since last June when we moved in and they just ignore you constantly. Don't take responsibility for shoddy work they carried out.

Cameron Homes talk a lot about their fantastic after sales customer service but the reality is that their customer care is atrocious. Had I have known the issues I would have encountered I would have thought twice about buying a house from them.

Things like attention to detail and finishing touches elude the site managers who hand over properties with issues which have already been reported and then every man and his dog are off work ill so nothing can be fixed (apparently).

The customer care team must have been trained in deflection and dragging of feet. For example, I have been in my property for 28 months and I am still dealing with issues present when we first took ownership of the house!

Save yourselves a headache and look elsewhere.

The houses themselves overall use high quality materials and built to a high standard (quality of contractors can vary this). Well designed and are at the higher end of the market and their prices do reflect this.

The problem Cameron Galliers have is they are so focused on the bottom line with 'quality assurance' whom are there more to keep costs down and push back on as many payouts/fixes as possible. If you do not keep on at them they hope you will forget about the fix and disappear. A real shame as I have been told they did not use to be like this.

Bottom line is customer satisfaction will plummet and the hidden cost of reputational damage will actually cost them more in the long term.

Like other reviews on here…. The house looks amazing when you view it with them but after year of living here, the bodge jobs start to show. Supporting pillars in the garage rock and ain’t even attached to the rest of the wall. I didn’t get a snag report but wish I did now.

Although we couldn't continue out purchase of the house due to circumstantial reasons, the sales person at the site in Kidderminster was honestly the best!
So kind, and would always update us promptly.

Highly recommend to family and friends.
Will always look out for their developments in the future, because of how lovely the sales team were.

I will give Galliers Homes a 1 star for their customer and after sales service. We moved into our `exclusive` home in 2019. They are over keen to get you signed on the dotted line but once that’s done and they move away it’s almost impossible to get any response from them. In the 2 yrs we have been in this house we have reported over 100 faults. Some of them quite serious. Continued phone calls and e mails get you nowhere. You are passed from pillar to post, no one takes responsibility. E mails ignored, never phoned back, tradesmen turning up randomly or not at all. We have had so many meetings with representatives who promise to sort things out then never deliver, even an e Mail to the Director, the same answer. We pay for a management company to deal with `maintenance` of the Estate but have no idea what is being done or what happens to the money. The Estate has still not been adopted by the council. There are problems with drain covers lifting and poor drainage. Reports about street light on permanently not resolved. Plumbing has been subcontracted so many times and was of an inferior quality. I could go on and on…my dream home turned into our nightmare home.

Our home is simply beautiful!!! We are so happy. A good friend of ours is a builder and he still can’t get over how well finished our new home is. There are a few things to fix but that is to be expected in a new build. Whoever did the tiling throughout the house is a genius of his craft. It’s perfection. The painting was also superb!
We did have a delayed possession because of the previous land owner and Galliers did everything to get it sorted quickly. This put us in our home one week prior to Christmas which was very stressful. However. Galliers did something incredible for us to apologize for the inconvenience, and it was above and beyond what we expected.
Thank you to andrea who took our frustrations like a champ. And thank you to Chris for making sure our new home was perfect!
We wouldn’t even consider a different builder in the future. And if you are looking for a new home this is the builder to choose.

The process up to exchange of contract was very smooth but since then the service has been appalling. We had an agreement every effort would be made to complete my house aligned to my rental agreement but it has not progressed. Instead they have completed 2 identical unsold houses on another nearby site rather than the customer who has exchanged and waiting to move in. I have chased 5 times in 5 weeks now for an update and a conversation on the build - finally got through to the sales office and was given no information, promised a call back and nothing at all 1 week on. I genuinely wish I had not purchased from them now as its impossible to forward plan with no information and no prospect of that improving.
