Excellent communication, timely delivery and fully satisfied from the product.

My order was confirmed almost immediately by a Viber direct message. I was told the product will be in the shop on the next day but the shipping slipped to the morning after the promised day. It was still a very quick process, just technically not met what was promised.

The store itself is full of random deliveries and the thing I did not like was the employee did not even show me the product before requesting me to pay, which was a little weird. I know it's not on purpose but it leaves a bad taste and impression. Fortunately the product itself was in good condition and everything was fine.

Fast communication and shipment. The has been less than 24 hours and my order was in my hands. I am happy with the customer service and the product.

I receive information right after the order was placed, th enext day reveived info that my order will be ready for pick up on the next day. The staff in the shop was verry nice.

I received an update on my order on 25 Nov that my order was sent, however, nothing after that. After time passed with no update, I called the local shop where I did the order. I called on two different dates but no one picked up and no one returned my call. Finally, I decided to just go to the shop and found out that my order was sitting there but no one informed me.

I received what I expected on time as stated by the company.

I have been a pensioner (79) for many years.

The ordered products were "stored" in the backyard of the showroom. I've had one more order from the online shop, for which I did not received a phone call. My experiance with the online shop, the phisical one on G.M. Dimitrov and logistic department is absolute disaster!

I found in the company exactly the bath cabinet that I was looking for and could not find in other stores

$hit product!!! I bought a very high price black bathroom sink that peeled off after a few months of use. I haven't even cleaned it with abrasive or aggressive cleaners - just water. Absolute rubbish.
I haven't even tried to contact them, because I don't want to do anything with these people anymore. Don't waste your money on the products they offer!!!!!!
