Scam, do not order. I ordered the little giant ladder and after checking tracking for several weeks it finally tracked to a local depot. It then showed as delivered through letterbox! What was actually delivered was a box containing Cheap ear buds!
I have emailed to addresses provided but not received any response. Do not buy from this company or any other on TikTok

Chased the company up about Tracking in UK, and was informed that item was delivered and signed for. Asked for tracking coordinates because courier company didn't recognise tracking number. No reply, no refund, NOTHING!

This is a Scam. Ordered a Wagon and received a Ring. They said it was delivered and it was just a Ring.
I ordered a product from Gearhutstore. After waiting far too long, I sent an email asking where my product was. The reply came that it had been delivered two weeks ago and signed for. NOT AT MY ADDRESS. Also, the QR code didn't work. When I asked who the courier was, they emailed me back saying Hermes/Everi. I contacted Everi, giving them all the information Gearhutstore had supplied. Surprise, surprise, this didn't match. Do NOT buy from Gearhutstore as I believe it's a SCAM site.
