Mid June of 2023 I applied as a client of Gemini. Following KYC I was accepted as a client and subsequently sent them $2500 in good faith for the purpose of trading crypto. After accepting my funds they immediately restricted my account, apparently because of my age as a "senior citizen", although they didn't have the temerity to admit that. It's been almost two months since and still no remedy from Gemini. Do not use this exchange if you care about your money.

I can’t find trading in options. There are no fractional shares or take-profit options. small number of assets and high costs.
I opted to use Easybe inve fractional shares, way more advanced, way cheaper, options trading, cryptocurrency, and an absurd amount of assets.

The behaviour of these dishonest company, who withheld my money and squandered my valuable time and resources without providing any benefit, is what I really feel about this service.Right now, there are better options like Easybee Investment. I've had the pleasure of working with them, and they provide the services I need to efficiently develop my money.

Absolutely horrible. I recently invested $200 and I am 17 and I am trying to send it to my ledger and its slowly decreasing the amount I can send to my ledger. It is absolutely horrible. At the moment I can only send 0.005 Eth to my ledger which is less than $10. Stay away from Gemini

Gemini's reliability is questionable as they have retained 22k USD of mine despite providing precise documentation and IDs to authenticate my account. Regrettably, their support team has not responded to any of my emails thus far. I'm voluntarily handing out this review to Trustpilot. I got all they stole back through.

This app freezes been waiting for a week. Verify customer service corps only. He sends email saying that they received your response. If there's a money issue, I guess they will never respond.

Originally from finland tried using this website when i first came to america.
Lost nearly $100 000 through Gemini i had to apply for a chargeback from Vaze-rtr-ail.
They got it back for me. Gemini is a terrible platform to trade.

November 2022: Gemini froze the ability to make withdrawals from Gemini Earn leaving over 340,000 customers without access to their funds from November 16th, 2022 to the present. Gemini blamed Genesis/DCG, case goes to bankruptcy court, and customers are currently still waiting to access their funds (almost a year later).

December 2022: Millions of Gemini customer email addresses and partial phone numbers were stolen during a hack from an anonymous "third party vendor" and leaked to the dark web. Gemini provides customers with no support to help get their information off of the dark web. Customers are on their own to figure out how to resolve the issue and stop a massive amount of spam emails.

I rarely give online reviews but the Gemini customer experience is currently a nightmare!!!

My account got overridden and all effort to reach the support has been unproductive except for email and chat box. The response seems automated and not been helpful.
If you care about your asset think of FINANCES FUND, else Gemini will do you dirty.

I didn't have a good beginning. When I made my account, I provided them with a ton of verification information. They verified my bank account and asked me to transfer them cash from my bank as extra identification. The problem is that it costs $20 to accomplish this according to my bank.Gemini performance would never place their patrons in such a risky situation. I can't help but be grateful that I made the decision to diversify my stock holdings. When I had a steady income from a different source, it was easier for me to recover from past losses and reestablish financial security. Thanks to Ble ck Rok.com, I'm finally able to move behind my terrible experience.

Thanks everyone for the reviews. I watched their advertising video and i was tempted to invest with Gemini. As always, i make sure i check reviews of any website through Trustpilot and am glad i did it. It has always saved me from becoming the next victim of these scrupulous companies.&M0nix*Limlted*** has been the only reliable company for me on Trustpilot.I do my investments with them, used to buy crypto from Gemini, but they have been very bad lately.
Please always before doing anything with any company,check their reviews on here too.

Absolutely a scam business. You will see from the reviews that they are placing security holds on many people's accounts and locking up their crypto for weeks to months where you can't withdrawl from the exchange. I have a buddy who used to work for this company and asked him what's going on so he contacted some old coworkers and word is they are on the edge of bankruptcy and having many many financial problems. Many employees have left and the ones still there are scared they are going to lose their jobs. So its highly probable this company goes under very soon and therefore is extremely high risk to buy any crypto or interact with this exchange. If you can and have an account there I'd pull your money out IMMEDIATELY!!!

This is a scam. They only allow you to withdraw as ERC-20 tokens and they charge 1 Euro fees for converting to Euro and you can't convert BAT to any other token. Surprised the people behind the Brave browser hasn't ditched these guys, unless they are the same people, of course.
