These guys always know their stuff and have great customer service

The camera I bought from SCW was my first security camera purchase. After I determined what type camera I wanted, I checked with a few retailers and settled with Security Camera Warehouse, not for any particular reason, but I felt comfortable with the sales rep I talked to and decided to go with them. I ordered my product, it shipped immediately, and when it arrived it appeared to be a well made, quality product.
I had not installed an IP camera before, and because my installation was not typical (a remote location in the oil field) I got with SCW tech support just to confirm that I could indeed do what I wanted to do. The support guys did a mock set-up of my camera and were confident it would work for my application.
Long story short, when I got to the field,and the camera installed, getting it up and running took a few more calls to tech support. I talked with several technicians, all knowledgeable and helpful, but because I had multiple tasks going I had to cut short the time for getting my camera running. On the last day of the job, devoted to bringing the camera online, I got with Chase in tech support, who spent the better part of two hours getting me going. He was great! Two thumbs up. I will continue to do business with Security Camera Warehouse.
