Outstanding sales, installation and technical support

I had to add two more cameras and I was maxed out with my eight camera NVR so just purchased a 16 NVR and 2 cameras from SCW. From past experience I didn’t even shop other stores or products. SCW has earned my 100% trust and appreciation from the previous products I’ve purchased from them and the amazing support received when I find need.
Many years ago I went through the “buying cheap Chinese “ crap with problems and have ZERO support. That “cheap” turned wasteful and frustrating.
Trust me- SCW is worth every penny you will spend with their quality products AND their fantastic support. When you buy from them you are a customer for life.....and they treat you that way after the initial sale!
That’s why I alway return to them and them only.

I did quite a bit of research to find a company that would sell me a quality product at a good price and offer me help through the process. The sales associate (friendly and not pushy) helped me a great deal with the correct camera selection and although I have not set up my PTZ Camera yet, I have made several calls already to a technician to help understand better the install setup. The response has been outstanding. They told me that I was missing a part and they initiated a next day air shipment. They helped me with a return of an attachment bracket that I decided not to use after all. So very happy with everything thus far and anticipate ordering all future camera's through this company.
Customer service like this is well above the norm. Highly recommend!

The Warden Pro 4.0 last purchase. I bought and paid a higher price for camera thinking it would be plug and play with my existing VG8P8. In the past any camera bought was P & P with any NVR bought from SCW. In this case not so. Camera not recognized by NVR so it took a lot of extra work to get it recognized by the recorder. Camera came with stock IP address not recognized by the nvr. Had to connect to the camera itself to get it configured correctly first.

Only complaint is lack of printed documentation with the cameras I ordered, otherwise this would have been a 5 star.

SCW can and does always help with question via support, I'd just like to have all the technical documentation as well.
