Money missing, system is glitchy. I have spent the day chasing people that have been to our space over the last 2 months asking them if they dont mind paying us because the booking system never took payment. Absolute joke.
Customer service also isnt great - they told me I had to manually check these transactions myself.
Honestly spend your money somewhere else, we are looking to move.

Growing concerned about the Glofox Platform
I have used for many years and experienced a reasonable level of service / product satisfaction.
Since they raised their prices, I have experienced a number of worrying glitches.
Firstly, the system is not auto-moving members from the waitlist to the session when a space becomes free.
This results in disgruntled members messaging me as they missed a space they could've attended.
We only work with small groups and it's plain to see that if members cannot train, they will quickly go elsewhere.
This means that the Glofox platform is directly putting me in danger of losing hard found clients at a time when running a business has never been so hard.
I have also just found another glitch. Our sessions are set to 9 people, but the schedule is only allowing 8 people into the session. Again, if members cannot get a space, they are likely to get irritated. The consequences of this are obvious.
I think the platform is pretty good and the service is also decent. However, since the price rise I have experienced the above which is now making me extremely concerned about the reliability of the software.

This software only really works for one single use case that doesn’t apply to most facilities - if you only offer single person memberships for only adults over 18 that never require any modifications to the account - this can work for you. If you require multi member memberships, need reliable door access integration, ever need to make changes to a customers account without breaking their membership, or basically anything actual real life gyms deal with - this software will cause you nothing but problems. If you need any kind of useful or timely reports from your data you also will need to just export to excel and hope you are good at doing all that manually.

I have been paying 500 use during almost one year and I still don't have my whole custom app, they didn't informed me before start paying that I will need the duns number license associated to my fiscal space that took moths off paying for nothing once payed the assistance is very slow from them and very poor, I have to do almost all by myself very disappoint. I spent more than 5000 USD and I still can use it for my studio. I don't recommend it. try something else.

Monica has been and still continues to be, very supportive during my time with GloFox. I am coming into my 7th month with Glofox and so far the experience has been good. Onboarding was well organised and supported with weekly calls and touchpoints. Any questions I have had following the onboarding have been answered promptly. The only thing I will say is check that the package you are paying for includes everything that you need - I was advised during the sales call and the onboarding process that I would be able to have a health questionnaire that clients would complete during registration, however it turns out that this is not included in my package, which was disappointing. Overall I am pleased with the platform, the service and the app is great!
