Extremely hard to get in touch with
Extremely hard to get in touch with. Tried calling several times - no luck. Tried creating a ticket - automatic response and no feedback after several weeks. Tried calling again and finally someone picked up the phone just to let me know that the company I wanted to book with was no longer a partner so I had to use my gift card elsewhere.

When i had already entered my bank details and paid for the gift card, the page went completely blank. I decided to wait a while to see if i get any confirmation email for my purchase. I didn't. I did the same once again and surely enough - i got an email right away confirming my purchase.
Just a day later i was billed for 2 gift cards.
The problem was solved rather quickly after i contacted the support team.
I had also ordered the gift card to be delivered in a pretty package. It came all smashed up so i had to throw it out and buy a new one instead, so i wouldnt recommend it being delivered through mail.
Otherwise, happy.
