On 31.05.23 i order a Xiaomi 13 Ultra in Gomibo. First it should arrive on 10.06.23, then they said it takes until 07.07.23 and now we talk about 21.07.23.
Get a friendly call from Customer Support. So far so good, but we know the real reason why there was no delivery.

Emails from tge company throughout the process. Great to do business with. Problem was with UPS delivery service. They were a nightmare to deal with at this side.

Ordered, noticed a mistake, could cancel and order correclty. Arrived quickly. Could just not send it to a DHL Packstation unfortuntely and the package had to be picked up from a completely different ZIP code.

Ordered a phone, wasn't exactly fast but it arrived on a reasonable time.
After 2 months there was a hardware error. Of course I opted for repair, described the error meticulously and send in the device. After 4 weeks I did not hear anything back or saw anything in the repair log that I got access to. So I send them an email setting a deadline because buying a new phone and then being without one for 4 weeks is aggravating. Especially when the phone is 2 months old, it's an obvious hardware error and honestly they should replace it. After setting a deadline a day after I get a mail that the repair is finished and the phone will be send back to me. Wait what? Surely they must've send a new one because they realized the phone was broken from the beginning, because a repair in such a short time is not possible. Nope. They just opened my package - AFTER 4 WEEKS - looked at the phone, didnt go into detail, wrote down there was no error to be found and send me the same phone back. What the heck? Now I'm left with a broken phone, but honestly I can probably be lucky the phone was not worse off than before sending it in judging other reviews. I will have to bring it to a local repair shop at my own cost to see what can be done and after that I will hand it to my lawyer.

Payment with credit cards (different) was unsuccessful without any explanations.
Payment via Paypal - they charged the amount, but in a minute refunded it without explanation.
I have received this refund in few days, but less amount because of currency conversion issue.
No proper explanation about the cancelled by GOMIBO.DE payment.
Lost time, lost money.
