While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I just can't believe that google has no live support to help people with no account recovery support? If I could give a zero star I would.
Sold out efficiency for more profit
Sold out to make more profit in return the google search engine is completely useless and full of scams, ads, and junk that have nothing to do with your question

Info and data collecting mess, genunienly horrible. They force AI down users throats and have scam's for top results. And sell user data
Google Billed Me Before Their Own Effective Date — No Transparency, No Accountability
I’m posting this because developers deserve to know how Google handles billing disputes for their API services.
On March 18, Google sent out a notice stating that new Gemini API billing enforcement would begin on April 1. Despite that, Google billed me on March 20—ten days before the effective date and only two days after the notice was sent. Under the original terms, this usage would have been free, and nothing in the notice said continued use before April 1 would trigger charges.
I disputed the charges and asked Google for basic documentation:
timestamps showing where I supposedly consented to paid billing
the interface where that consent occurred
IP/session logs
an itemized accounting of the disputed charges
the contractual basis for billing before April 1
Google provided none of it. Instead, they issued a generic “maximum adjustment” and closed the case, leaving the remaining charges in place. Their dashboard still doesn’t show any usage that matches the billed amounts, and support responses feel scripted rather than actually addressing the issue.
As a developer, I rely on predictable billing and transparent logs. Instead, I was charged early, given no evidence, and left with unresolved charges that shouldn’t exist under the terms Google themselves published.
For a company of this size, this level of opacity is unacceptable. If you’re considering using Google’s APIs, be aware that billing changes can be enforced early and support may not provide the documentation you need to resolve disputes.
Evil company
Evil company. Nothing works correctly. Inexistent support. Kills business products without a thought about users. Their AI is brainless. Menus are unintuitive at best. workspace is a joke, not built for businesses.

CERAMIC DETAILING
Lea gave my car a full exterior wash, Paint Decontamination, Full Paint Correction, Nano Ceramic Coating. The result was amazing and the car looks like brand new. I was very impressed with Lea's work ethic because he is clearly very concientous, very thorough, loves his job and most importantly understands the power and true meaning of customer satisfaction and wants to maintain a 5 star reputation. Something which is becoming difficult to find nowadays.

WARNING PARENTS: Google locks adults out of their own hardware!
Google's administrative software logic on Chromebooks is an absolute failure. If a child logs into a family laptop first, the operating system permanently locks out the adult from ever accessing standard hardware and developer settings (like ADB debugging), treating the minor as the master owner. Even if you remove parental controls via Family Link, the hardware stays locked to the kid's account slot. The only 'solution' Google offers is to factory reset the entire laptop and wipe your data. Absolute garbage customer experience forcing paying adults out of their own devices.

Unforgettable ride with Chris from Aussie Trike Tours!
Chris from Aussie Trike Tours made Mum’s 80th birthday gift absolutely unforgettable. He took us on the most stunning ride up to Binna Burra on his beautiful Boom trike, and the whole experience was pure joy from start to finish.
Chris was thoughtful, patient, funny and genuinely invested in making the day special. Mum felt safe, celebrated, and completely spoiled. The views were incredible, the ride was smooth, and the memories will last a lifetime.
Highly recommend — thank you, Chris, for giving Mum the perfect milestone birthday adventure.
Google Lyria3-AI Unstable
Google Lyria3-AI Unstable, unreliable, and nowhere near ready for paying customers
Review:
I’ve spent a full month trying to get consistent results from Lyria3‑AI, and it has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any AI tool. The system constantly breaks, refuses to generate narration, and behaves differently from one day to the next with the exact same prompts. There is no stability, no reliability, and no sign of improvement.
Support is practically nonexistent. Messages go unanswered, issues are ignored, and users are left guessing whether the platform is even being maintained. For a service built on Google DeepMind’s Lyria model, the execution here is shockingly poor. The website itself is clearly run by a third party, not Google, and it shows — bugs everywhere, broken playback, and no transparency about who is actually responsible for the platform.
If you’re considering paying for this, don’t. The technology behind it may be impressive, but the platform offering it is not. It feels unfinished, unsupported, and unreliable. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
Stunning large quartz backsplash made by Nostalgia Fireplaces Ltd.
Standard one meter in height as backsplash of kitchen serves purpose well, but quartz of 1.5 meters high has made my kitchen look grand and stunning. Unmatched expertise and craftsmanship, Nostalgia is easy to work with and quite affordable. No doubt, it’s the best marble company I know, perhaps anywhere. Highly recommended!
Tailored Remembrance
Tailored Remembrance
We cannot recommend Bob at Tailored Remembrance highly enough. He conducted a civil wedding ceremony and made the whole experience absolutely perfect from start to finish. The ceremony was beautifully personal, heartfelt, and delivered with such warmth and professionalism.
Bob took the time to understand the couple and created a ceremony that felt truly unique and meaningful. His calm and friendly manner instantly put everyone at ease, and so many of the guests commented afterwards on how special and memorable the ceremony was.
Everything was organised flawlessly, and Bob went above and beyond to make our day feel relaxed, personal, and unforgettable. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about creating a beautiful ceremony tailored to you, we would 100% recommend Tailored Remembrance. Thank you, Bob,

I don’t write many reviews anymore
I don’t write many reviews anymore. But I find trustpilot much better. I had many reviews on Google most were good one! But maybe someone didn’t like the bad one so complained and then Google blocked my reviews . By doing so Google just shows poor management . So I don’t use Google reviews anymore! It was good for the local company's! But now when I see my old reviews on red the good and the bad I just take it off. Google need to know that some company’s deserve the bad reviews even the 90% of that are good one!

Balance blocked, 8 identical automated responses, no solution
My Google Play balance has been blocked since April 24 after redeeming a gift card that Google itself confirmed had already been used on another account. Despite opening 4 tickets, a live chat, and a phone call, I have received the exact same templated response 8 times citing "inconsistencies" with zero explanation and no path to appeal.
While my balance is blocked for new purchases, existing subscriptions continue to drain it without my consent, reducing it from €100 to €78.
I have filed a formal FTC complaint and will escalate to French consumer protection authorities (DGCCRF) if no resolution is provided.
The support is entirely automated, unhelpful, and designed to wear users down rather than solve problems.
