Long time member

Long time member. Generally the dresses are great and shipping is fast. However, customer service is abysmal (Their go to is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ or silence). And let it be remembered that during the COVID19 pandemic, they did nothing to accommodate their members. No pauses. No discounts. You cancel, you lose your account, points, pricing, etc.

I cannot believe that I received not a…

I cannot believe that I received not a single communication from the company when I hadn't placed and order ever- I didn't think I had a membership and no one even contacted me or emailed me anything about a membership.

It's a lot of money for terrible customer service.

Hi Michelle - Our customer service team has replied directly with a follow-up. We're a recurring service, so the subscription renews monthly. If no items are added to your Gwynnie Bee closet for shipping, you won't receive boxes while the membership is active. Since you've not used the membership and canceled today, we have submitted a refund for all of the charges. Once the refund is processed, it should appear in your account in 3-4 business days, depending on your card issuer. Please respond to the customer service email if there's anything else you need.

Charged for things never ordered.

I am writing to you to figure out why the hell you've charged my bank account twice. Today i noticed a charge for $75.21 which made me look to see who you were, It was then that I noticed that you charged me $37.61 on March 9th (2nd charge was April 6th) Who are you?? have never dealt with your company before and certainly after looking at what you have to offer I would not wear anything you sell. I am certainly reporting this as fraud to my bank.And also reporting you to the BBB. Someone needs to call me asap 864-990-6883, Debra Meyers

Happy customer.

I've been a member for several years now. I really enjoy getting new clothes to wear each week. Generally the clothes are in great condition, occasionally they seem a little too worn but for the most part great condition. A couple of times I've had problems with items that are delivered and customer service has been helpful in resolving the issues.

Sometimes it’s great, sometimes not to so much

Clothes smell bad lately. Styles are too old looking. Takes too long sometimes to receive items and customer service department makes promises that dont hold up.

I've thoroughly enjoyed Gwynnie Bee and plan to continue using this service for ages. I love that I get to try gorgeous outfits that I might otherwise not have access to (either financially or because the stores aren't in my area). Plus, if something is a perfect fit, I can earn rewards and get a discount! My coworkers know that I use GB, and if I wear something particularly fetching, they'll ask, "Is that Gwynnie Bee?" When I inevitable say yes, they'll respond, "You should buy this one! It looks great." I've purchased a couple of outfits this way because of the excellent feedback.

I have been a member now for 5 years and have had over $40,000 in clothes pass through me! Wonderful selections for work, weekends, and vacations! Love Gwynnie Bee!!

Love Hate relationship.

I love that I can rent clothes and send them back or buy them!
I absolutely hate that I can't pause my subscription or even that a portion goes toward the amount I'm buying. I think they just increase the amount to buy it based on the time you have it. I think more would be interested if they were transparent and had set amounts of your monthly subscription that directly gave yourself a discount on items purchased.

I want to cancel

I want to cancel, but is difficult. Every now and again a contemporary piece will roll in and my hopes will come back, but it is super difficult to get those pieces. I plan on canceling for 2020

I like the service in general however…

I like the service in general however sometimes it takes too long to get my items (I am waiting 2 weeks to get shipments).

Tried and True

Really thankful for this service it helps me stay current with trends and takes the guess work out of trying on clothes in stores. Sometimes the clothes received are super worn, faded, or out of season which means I just return them right away. Also I’ve noticed many clothes cycling out of my closet without ever having the chance to try them which in turn means my closet count is fairly low. And finally the 1X 14-16 size seems to be out consistently so it is challenging at times to find new in stock items.

I used to love GB

I used to love GB. Lately, I have been considering canceling my service. I dont like the style of clothing as much anymore. The quality isn't as good. The selection of dresses isn't nearly as abundant. Selection is alot more casual. I used this service for work clothes. Alot if times, the dresses I like arent available to reserve as they are quickly out of my size

I was an early adopter of Gwynnie Bee, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!

Compared to other clothing clubs, GB lets me decide what items fit my personal style, and I’m charged only after I decide to keep an item.

GB’s customer service is second-to-none. They have always resolved concerns to my satisfaction and fast! And the shipping is always free.

Today, the majority of my wardrobe is from GB! And I continue to get compliments. The pieces are professional, unique, and defy trendiness. One piece of advice: measure, measure, measure! And select sizes truthfully. There is such a wide variety of labels here that each is truly different.

On a more personal note, it means the world to me the GB uses true plus sized models and real wearers. I feel seen and validated as a person who deserves good fashion at any size. Thank you Gwynnie Bee!

Best decision ever

My experience has been a very good one. I love a lot of the items on the site. I've kept the ones I love the most. I am constantly on the clarence site. I buy for myself and a friend. I've told countless people about Gwynee Bee, many are in shock that the items are as good as they are. I checked out your site for two years before signing on. It has been a wonderful experience and very stylush.

A staple in my daily life

I’ve been using Gwynnie Bee since February of 2015. It is a staple in my everyday life, lets me try new things, keeps me professionally dressed for work, and gains me plenty of compliments everyday. It’s a must have for a busy woman, who wants to try new things while sticking to a budget. And who doesn’t love not having to do laundry!?

Good service

Good service, all together. I get compliments on my clothes all the time because they are unique and not found in common stores. I think it’s hard because I live on the opposite side of the country of where they’re based and have to wait awhile for clothes to come sometimes.
