It was my first time ordering but it was clear how to order and my questions were answered in the section of Q&A. There was also a little" type in your question" box which I did use but didn't need to wait for a reply as the information was there when I looked better. You also had a very good range to choose from with nice descriptions of what was inside. Delivery was prompt I know as the recipient told me a nice surprise had arrived. Thank-you.

My experience this week with Hampers with Bite has been fantastic. The Hamper was very nice quality and reasonably priced. I needed to redirect my delivery and the customer service was outstanding. My hamper reached its intended destination and was greatly appreciated.

Grief done differently
Sending a bunch of flowers when someone had past felt too cliche, but Hampers with bite allowed us to send a gift that would encourage our recipient to do some self-care and reflection on who their mum was to them. The package had a lovely candle, tea and other products. Such a lovely gift and was well received.
