Great service - Roof bag arrived within 24 hrs as I needed it urgently and customer service sorted it as a priority. The bag is perfect for our needs. Affordable, durable and you can literally just fill it without having to think too careful about packing AND you can store it in a small space (unlike roof boxes). Highly recommended.

After a speedy response to a question I had, I ordered what I needed. However, nothing to do with Handiworld, the delivery company failed to deliver my items. Needing them for the weekend ahead and being weds already, I called Handiworld to explain the situation. After ordering a replacement, I received it the next day and a full refund on the original lost item. Full marks to Toby, who made sure I was sorted and all was good! Handiholdall is perfect and carried far more than I thought, fully waterproof and quick and easy to fit and remove from car! Would definitly recommend!

A query I had was quickly answered and the holdall was delivered in good time.

Easy to put on the handi rack. Handi holdall is a great size. Very secure and stable once properly fitted and packs away small for easy storage.

I only give 3 stars because the bag I received has the seams of the pockets holding the bars which are half torn and poorly made, for a new item, it is quite disappointing and I hope that they will last a few years before having to sew them up myself and lose the initial waterproofness.
I contacted customer service who were very polite but unfortunately did not offer me any alternative or help with the seam problem.
In any case, I had to use the bag immediately since I was going on vacation...

Bought the handi rack roof bars and handi holdall from Halfords as an alternative to fixed roof bars and box.
In essence this is a great product, however it is not fit for purpose in the rain.
While travelling back from Cornwall in torrential rain, the straps that fasten the inflatable bars started dripping into all 4 doors of the car.
The headlining of my car was sodden, as well as my clothes and car seat.
Which made for a very uncomfortable journey home.
I have also just had my car washed upon returning home and now have scratches on my roof from the inflatable bars.
Tried T cut to no avail, so all in all not a great experience and wish I'd paid extra for a proper roof box and roof bars.

Great product. Just what we needed. We only need a roof box occasionally and previous boxes broke and were very expensive and took all our shed up in storage. This bag once we got the hang of it was straightforward to put on and has a decent amount of storage. Just what we needed for a weekend away
