Item exactly as described, arrived quickly with a 1 hour delivery slot

It was easy to put on the car. I was worried that I may struggle putting it on and inflating as I have problems with my hands and wrists, I didn't have any trouble. I haven't tried attaching anything to it yet but it seems really sturdy and fixed on well. Such a good idea for someone like me who doesn't need anything permanent fixed to the car.

I ordered a Handiholdall online, however, I received an email saying it was out of stock a couple of days later. I was asked when I needed it for and with an upcoming trip, my expectation was that it would arrive in time for that. I was offered an 'out of box' model at a reduced price which would come in time and was delighted. A holdall arrived next day by DPD but it didn't have any straps so I emailed back to ask if they were something I had to order separately. The response I received back was that they were inbuilt and a copy of the manual attached to the email. I'd already read the instructions that came came the holdall, it definitely had no straps. Thus ensued a vast email trail of too-ing and fro-ing which resulted in my sending a video of the model I had received...turns out the warehouse had sent the wrong one. 8am the following morning the correct model was delivered by DPD. Fantastically personal customer service which I'm grateful for though it was a bit of a painful process, we did get there in the end (hence 4 stars and not 5).

Great idea that works beautifully. Easy to attach to car, in my case a Mercedes-Benz CLK pillarless two door. Load, a heavy gazebo, was secure using straps included in the box, even at 70mph down the motorway.
Would highly recommend the product, particularly if you don't want to have roof racks spoiling the look of your car when you're not carrying anything.
Attaching and detaching is fast and simple.

Exceptionally fast dispatch...standard 2 to 3 day free postage arrived within 24 hours. The Weather resistant 330 litre HandiHoldall and the two Waterproof HandiDuffel 135 litres are all excellent quality. I would have preferred the 400 litre waterproof HandiHoldall but regrettably out of stock. I was surprised to find that the integrated D rings in the strapping were plastic...perhaps they would be better in metal. I found customer support to be first rate...thank you Toby...
So in conclusion the products appear to be top quality and well designed. There are cheaper soft boxes on the market but you will not regret buying from HandiWorld...money well spent.

Fantastic products and service. We needed more space and started to look at roof boxes, even the cross bars and fitting were a ridiculous price never mind a decent roof box. Looked around on the internet for some other ideas and found HandiWorld. Read reviews and watched videos, looked great so placed an order for the 330L.
Item arrived within 2 days and is great quality, we went out for a test drive and it works well with the inflatable bars.

I ordered the product on Thursday an it was here on Friday less than 24 hrs from purchase to delivery excellent

Roof rack arrived promptly and as described. The rack and the roof bag were well packaged and were easy to fit and remove.

I do like the handirack, I only used it when I needed to take a second kayak (liljoe). The problem I have is it’s the 5th time I’ve used it and on one of the tube the air valves have both come away, both in the same place. I purchased it from Halfords and as it was ordered from Handirack they do not keep in stock and could not replace it. But they told me to contact Handirack for replacement as they believe it is a manufacturer fault. Hope I get a reply from Handirack
As I said, I do like it a lot.

Brilliant product we got the 2 duffel bags and the 400 litre handi bag traveled 300 miles worked great really secure on the roof bars everything also stayed dry as we hit alot of rain

Fast delivery and very good product. Easy to install (10 mins) and use. Used with my Kayak and no issues. Recommend ordering the anti slip mats to go with the handirack just to give extra support and piece of mind. Highly recommended for those who need a roof rack that can be removed/installed with ease.

A practice run first which took 20-30 mins..bought for a vw cc which has no where for a roof rack...this will fit any car...ive already paid out for 2 "universal" racks which i cant use on other cars i own or owned in past...this roof rack i will be keeping!!
