We was so lucky to have been put in touch with Sarah Phasey. This was through the agents that sold our old home. Sarah had to deal with solicitors for the sellers that were soooo slow and she was amazing!! We received calls and messages at 19:45 and 20:30 on a Sunday night!!! So when ever people say solicitors have to be chased, in the case of Sarah, I totally disagree. She is / was absolutely amazing in the way she dealt with our case. She was supervised by the excellent Jonathan Rose who handled the purchase of the same flat and some work on the lease. Andy Finkel provided a great support in selling my flat, which proved to be very difficult with the buyers solicitors closing down a few weeks before settlement. He kept me and all the parties informed and in the loop.

Howard Benjamin gave astute advice and managed to push through my lease extension efficiently. They were courteous and proactive and represented me well. My only concern was that they occasionally sent emails containing minor inaccuracies and did not always warn me of timescales-some payments/actions were sprung on me, while others were later than I expected. Better explanation of next steps and likely timescales would have helped.
