Andy Finkel of the Harrow office acted for us in the purchase of our previous property and we didn’t hesitate to engage him again. David Eder from the Harrow office was always friendly, despite my late submission, always accepted my calls, and was so helpful.
There was a month extension with this re-mortgage, and the lender without warning changed it to a ten day deadline, which David worked effortlessly at lightning speed and.. completed...THREE days EARLY!!!
This meant that I was able to save a massive sum, if we had missed the date, the interest rate would have doubled, and the lender's fee would have been astronomical.
I would not hesitate to recommend David Eder, and Harold Benjamin as one of the two best experiences I have had with a conveyancer.

What I would really like to do is give a no star but I cannot do that. Our Solicitor from this firm has been absolutely unresponsive. It is so rude to send numerous emails to someone without any acknowledgement or response.. He went away on a prolonged holiday without any prior warning and didn't provide an alternative contact. This has been my worst experience with any solicitors and I would definitely NOT recommend them. I would go as far as saying in my opinion he has brought the profession into disrepute. It feels like he has no empathy for his clients and the crazy thing is we are paying for this service. Everyone in the chain is completely outraged with his behaviour. It is looking like we are now going to loose the property this solicitor was meant to help us buy! Zero star is the experience I have had..
